A/N: Hey everyone! I hope you're ready for another Queen story! This time, I am doing her gladiator skin, as my brain came up with an idea when I was in a dead sleep. So, here we are. Before we get into this story, I want to give everyone a heads up on some details. Queen will be inter-sex in this story. This is the first time I am going to write a full story with this, but with the idea I had in mind, it's going to work out.

Also in this story, most of it is going to be in the past, similarly to how Queen's Princess was, but it won't be split up into parts. After this chapter is when the story is taking place in the past. Once it moves back to the present, I will give you all a warning. There are also adult themes within this story. I will provide warning at the beginning of those chapters. Hope you all enjoy!

"Y/N, my love, what are you doing out here so late at night?"

Her voice sung to me like the choir in the morning when they would stroll the streets. The dark sky hung over us, stars illuminating the night and the moon was the biggest source of light besides the oil lamps and candles inside the building. I took in a content sigh before exhaling, turning towards her. Finding her in anything but her gladiator armor was a sight to see, but ever since she dethroned my father, she had to wear clothing befitting of Caesar. That was another thing I had to get used to, along with her: people calling her Caesar instead of her name, which she wanted to be addressed by. But since people were used to calling my father Caesar, it just stuck.

Walking back into the room, I closed the doors that led to the balcony. In all her seven foot glory, stood my amazing, beautiful wife. My heart always fluttered whenever I saw her and it's only been a few months since we married and almost a year since she dethroned my father. During that time period, I bore our first daughter. I couldn't ask for a better person to be with. I wouldn't change it for anything.

Her long black hair sat at shoulder length and it made her amber eyes pop out against her tan skin. The creamy white toga was something she had to get used to, as she rather enjoyed her red one she had when I first started to go out with her. Her sandals were resting by the door and she was holding the brooch to the toga in her hand, the other one holding the garment from falling.

"S-Sorry, Odessa," I said, walking towards her.

She bent down and I stood up on my tiptoes, pecking our lips against one another's.

"How are you, love?"

"Well, I'd like you to answer my question first."

"I-I was just seeing what Miracle needed. She woke up and now I can't get back to sleep."

"Is she alright?"

"Yes. She's alright."

"Are you alright?" she asked me, concern flooding her eyes.

"I am alright."

"Good. I am doing better knowing you're fine."

"Actually."

"Yes, Y/N?"

"D-Do you think I made the right decision?"

"In all honesty, Y/N, I should be asking you that question."

"What do you mean?"

"I dethroned your father, in the most brutal way possible and in front of everyone. In front of you. Do you think I made the right decision?"

"I-I think you did because of what he did. How he revealed your truth was uncalled for. H-He should have left it up to you to decide how to tell the empire."

"I was nothing more than a gladiator and a tool for the army. I was a low life, Y/N. When you walked into my life, you gave me everything and more than I could ever ask for. If I am being honest, this," she gestured to the house we were in, well, more like the large palace we had since she is now Caesar.

"I never wanted this. I just wanted you," she smiled at me. "And the child you were bearing."

I smiled, going to hug her. She placed the brooch back on before hugging me tightly.

"While it's nice and all, I would have much rather be in my house with you and the baby."

"I know, but you earned this, Odessa. You came from nothing and I gave you everything."

"You gave me everything I could have ever really wanted. Such as your love," she pecked my lips. "And a wonderful daughter."

I chuckled, nuzzling my face against her chest, "I love you, Odessa."

"I love you, too, Y/N. And do you think you made the right decision?"

I stepped back and took a good look at her, thinking back to when I first met her. To when we first went out together at night to go stargazing and walking in a creek. To when I first kissed her and it ended up to where we are now. With her ruling and now taking care of Miracle with me.

Slowly nodding my head, I found her amber eyes and smiled softly at her, "I wouldn't trade it for the world."

I grabbed her hand, holding onto it tightly, "I wouldn't trade you or Miracle for the world."

Taking my hand in hers, she lifted it up and she pressed a kiss to my knuckle, a smile coming from her as our eyes met. She was such the charmer whenever it came to making me fall harder for her. I didn't think I could fall more in love with her, but here I am, falling harder and faster for her with each passing day.

"I feel the same way, Y/N. You're my love. My life, and I am devoted to serving you."

"You have an empire to run."

"Who gives a shit about them? I know I have a duty to them, but," she hooked her arm around my waist, pulling me towards her. "I also have a duty to you, my lovely wife. And a duty to our daughter. I want to ensure both of you have everything you need before serving the empire."

I smiled once more, tears filling my eyes as I reached up to place my hands on her cheeks. Our lips met yet again and I wanted to spend every breathing moment with her. To be held by her. To be loved by her. Pulling away, she scooped me up and pressed her forehead against mine.

"Let's get you back to bed."

"I'm not sleepy."

"I can make you sleepy," she grinned as she walked towards the bed, pinning me down.
