Fourth has went back today work and school as normal because he always says that he is fine now and he has lots of work piled up which is true so Gemini just let him he has no choice or else the baby will be mad.

Fourth: P'prom give me the info of this guy

Prom: why? He's our worker here boss.fourth

Fourth: yes I know and he looks suspicious he's been wandering around the office twice or thrice and it's been a few days now that I saw him doing it and when I see he just panicked a bit and act as nothing happen I think he might be a spy or something check it secretly don't make other know about it just the two of us

Prom: Khub boss I will go now

Fourth: um..ohh wait what is schedule today?

Prom: you will attend a meeting at a restaurant in 3h boss

Fourth: okay..make me coffee also

Prom nodded and left. Fourth has been quite stress these day he has been very busy as well as Gemini they rarely have time for each other they only see each other at night. Fourth massage his temples and lay his back to the chair he was sitting on closing his eyes and rest a bit. When he was resting he felt something wet ran down and touch his lip he opens his eyes and touch it to see blood that was bright red flowing down from his nose. He quickly rush to the bathroom afraid anyone would come in to see. He clean his face and stop the blood then came out to see a cup of coffee already placed on the table. He took a sip and continue his work as if nothing happen earlier. He actually had a headache but he decide to ignore it because he has a lot
Of work to finish. After quite sometime it's time to go to the meeting as prom walk in help him put on his blazer and go to the restaurant. During the meeting fourth wasn't feeling well at all, he felt lightheaded and seems like his inside body burning up in flames that he could even breathe out fire however he still managed to finished his meeting with his clients. He was walking out of the bathroom as he went to wash his face earlier he felt dizzy and about to fall but luckily a pair of hands
catch him before he fall and when he take a look to see it was Mark who caught him with a worried look on his face

Mark: Are you okay nong fourth? You doesn't seem well

Fourth: I'm a bit dizzy and my inside is burning I felt steamy hot like I could breathe fire

Mark: You should go to the hospital come on let me take you

Fourth: I drive here

Mark: by yourself ?

Fourth: No my assistant drive

Mark: Then let him drive back and I'll take you and I insist you can't say no

Fourth: Fine phi

After fourth told prom to leave first he got on the car with mark and head to the hospital. Fourth fall asleep on the way giving a chance for mark to steal glance at him from time to time

Mark: nong fourth we are here

Mark shake fourth a bit to wake him up as they already arrive at the hospital

Fourth: ohh khub let's go

Fourth and Mark go into the hospital for a check up as they were in the waiting room waiting for the result from the doctor fourth was feeling dizzy again and a headache too as he lean his back to the chair and close his eyes to reduce the pain and a while later the doctor come back

Doc.Tor: Mr.Nattawat base on the result and symptoms I'm afraid you had a brain tumor however it's still stage 1 and you can get rid of it by doing surgery and after the surgery you have to stay and rest for a month
