Millie Ranger POV

I was sitting in my room looking out the window. I sighed. What Lori said got to me.

"Why in the hell is she dating her grandfather?"

"It is sick!"

"She is wrong for that!"

The words kept repeating in my head. I couldn't stop them. "Millie." I turned to see Wolf. "Hey. You okay?" I nodded. He then walked over and sat next to me. "Come here." I hugged him and he rubbed my back. He kissed my forehead softly.

"Scar this is wrong! She shouldn't be dating him!" El yelled at her husband. "And? Yautja have married their family for years!" Scar argued with her. "She is not a damn Yautja. She is human—"

"She's half human. Half Yautja. She's a hybrid just like Jessica. Except wait... Jessica isn't mine..." Scar sneered. El sighed.

"Scar... it was an accident—"

"No an accident is breaking something. An accident is wrecking a car. SLEEPING WITH ANOTHER MALE IS NOT AN ACCIDENT!"

I got downstairs. "Sleeping with another male is not an accident!" Dad yelled at mom. "What?" Both of them turned to me. "Millie, go to your room." Mom hissed. "What is going on?" I asked.

Wolf walked behind me. "Don't lie to the child. You've been doing it since Jessica was born..." Wolf said as he walked over and sat on the couch.

Mom looked at me. I looked at her. "Millie, Jessica is your half sister. She isn't your father's daughter." Wolf spoke seeing as no one would. I looked at mom. She wasn't looking at me.

"Is that true?" Mom nodded. I then saw Jessica standing in the door. "What happened?" She asked.

Wolf then walked up to me. "Hey. No. Don't think about it. Hey. Look at me." I looked him in the eyes. "It's okay. You're okay."

"Millie. Come here." I ran into my dads arms and hugged him. He rubbed my back tightly.

"It's okay, baby. It's okay."

Scar glared at El.

It had been a month since the dead started walking and I was laying in a chair with a pillow underneath. My uncle Celtic helped me sit down.

Wolf was holding our baby and I smiled. "May I?" Celtic asked. "Celtic wishes to be introduced to Ren'fri, Wolf." I said. He turned. He gently handed her to him and I smiled as he gently rocked her. Celtic was super soft when it came to babies.

I smiled to myself. "She looks just like her mama." I smiled. I then saw Dad walk over. "Hey, Baby." I smiled. We were doing everything to keep Ren'fri from screaming. Wolf constantly went on trips to the city to get her formula and clothes and diapers.

I saw Shane walk past us. Wolf growled. "Hey. It's fine." I said touching his arm. Wolf looked at me. I then heard a screech. My baby dragon landed on my lap. He cooed. Celtic showed him Ren'fri. He chirped at her curiously.

I smiled. He then flew up into the air and landed next to the ground beside me. I smiled.

I then winced as my stomach was hurting again. "Millie? You okay, babe?" Wolf asked me softly. "Yeah. It's just a small pain." I said. Wolf nodded. He then rubbed my belly softly. I smiled.

I was stitching as I watched Ren'fri sleep. I saw my mother walk in. I smiled. "How is she?" Mom asked. "She's good. She's definitely a daddy's girl. Takes it after her mama." I smiled. Mom smiled.

"Have they got back yet?" Mom shook her head. "You know your dad. He can't die..." I giggled.

I then sighed.

Life was getting worse and worse... wasn't it?
