Suddenly, a spirit emerged from the statue, looking just like it, only more human in transparent form. "I'mwaiting for you..." She said, her voice echoing in the wind. "Come back to me..." She clapped her hands together in a prayer, her face deeply forlorned. "Return to your beloved."
Suddenly, her voice turned lower.
"I'm waiting for you!" The girl laughed as she changed into a black ball surrounded by purple gas.

Since last time, Aura and her friends have been on a ferry sailing from the resort of Porta Vista to continue their Pokémon Journey.

"Hey!" The younger Sycamore beamed, leaning against the railings for a closer look, as she placed a hand over her eyes to block the sun. "Look over there!"
"Chespin!" Chespie joined her.
"That is Maiden's Peak." Cilan said, looking at his Guidebook of Kanto. "That's where we'll get off."
"We'll be landing soon, then." Alain said.
Jin jumped onto the male's shoulder. "Saffron City, here we come!" He beamed.
"Just try not to destroy the gym this time?" Zoey requested. "I don't want to be blown away, get soaked by a tsunami, or get electrified." She gave the little Evolution Pokémon a look.
"Blame them on my brothers and sisters." Jin brushed off. "Right, Aura?"
Silence.
"Aura?" The male Eevee's ears twitched.
Silence.
Everyone turned around and saw the younger Stone sitting right down on the deck with her back right against the wall, her head buried in her arms and knees. Jun and Lumina were curled beside her.
"Aura!" Mairin jumped off the rails and straight to the girl with the others following. "What's wrong?" She asked, concerned.
"You know why." Aura remarked, her voice slightly quiet by her barriers. "I just get this really bad feeling about the Saffron Gym Leader."
