"Are you sure?" I ask the other girls.

Melody, Astrid, and Riley are all sitting with me on the bed. I decided to rewrite a song and change up some of the words for the wedding as a surprise for Joseph. They liked the new verse I have just written. I do have a few notes on what should be improved, but I am, in fact, stressing over this a bit too much. I haven't even gotten my dress yet, and our flight is tomorrow.

I looked at the lyrics I wrote one last time. I was interrupted by a knock on the bedroom door, followed by Joseph's voice.

"Hey, can I come in?" He asked from behind the door.

Shit. "One moment!" I yelled back to him in response. I piled up all the papers with the lyrics and handed them to Astrid, as she hid them under the bed. As she was about to come back up, she tripped and fell.

I laughed when she hit the floor as she yelled, "Aw fuck!" Were the words she let slip out. I pretty much laughed my ass off as she got back up and got back on the bed. We got magazines out and made it seem as if we're looking at them.

I walked to the door and regained my composure as I opened it. I smiled when I looked at him, and he smiled back. I blushed a little when he pecked my lips and walked around me. He went straight to the closet and came back out. When he left, I giggled and went back towards the girls. "We need to go dress shopping as soon as possible." I spoke to them. They all nodded and got up. I grabbed my purse and phone and grabbed my car keys. We left the room altogether, and I drove to the bridal shop.

As we arrived, we all immediately just started looking through racks, and by the time we finished looking through them, we had piles of dresses for me to try on. I counted how much each of them chose for me to try on, and oh my gosh, I only have one body, I'm not a mannequin. Melody has chosen 17 dresses, Astrid chose 8, and Riley chose 23. You are shitting me. I had 5 that I chose. To add them all up, I have a total of 53 dresses to try on. Holy shit. Lucky for us we were also going to shop, so we might as well have some fun, right?

I put each of them into four different piles. Each pile being who picked which dress. I'm starting out with Riley's as she has the most in her pile, then Melody's, Astrid, then me.

After about maybe four hours, I may be tried on most of them and rejected most of what I tried on. But when I got to the last dress, I just knew. It was the one.

A white dress that went down long, the skirt leaving a train in the back as the front went right down to the floor as it was a poofy type but didn't go very big in the poof it made. The bodice was a simple laced floral, leaving no straps or sleeves over my shoulders. The flowers went down from my chest to the waist. The sleeves went off the shoulders and around the forearms, a simple princess sleeve, the top being cuffed, but the rest flowed down elegantly. The dress had matching hair pieces with it. I had planned to do a delicate French braid over my right shoulder, which the hair pieces would fit perfectly with that. Beautiful white flowers and silver leaves decorated it, it was simple yet still had the gorgeous formal look to match the dress.

As soon as I stepped out of the dressing room, it felt as if I had already started making my way toward the aisle towards Joseph. The girls looked at me in awe of the dress I had just fitted on.

"Oh my gosh!" Melody was the first to speak. Riley had her hand on her mouth in shock, but looking astonished at this dress, Astrid nodded quickly and gave a single clap and a thumbs up. I let out a chuckle.

"This dress is literally everything right now." I mumbled.

I wasn't kidding. This dress is the one. This feels like me. It feels like it was meant for my wedding. It was meant for me to be pronounced as Joseph's wife.
