your new neighbour, Myung Jaehyun, has worked his way into your life in many ways.

from being flirty the moment his family moved in, to shouting over at you whenever you leave the house.

and you would be lying if you didn't find his attempts cute.

it had only been three months since his family had moved in next door and you already had a crush on the boy.

when school started back up again you watched him easily slip into your friend group, as if it was nothing.

he also ended up talking to you a lot more, and it only made your feelings grow.

now, it was currently 11pm and you were sat in your room doing homework when all of a sudden you heard-

you looked up from your desk and over to the window, where the noise was coming from.

was someone seriously trying to play a prank on you at this time?

you stood up and sped over to the window, opening it up ready to shout at whoever was down there.

you saw Jaehyun reaching down to grab another stone to throw at your window, except this was a bigger one.

"don't break my window you weirdo"

you whisper shouted, and his whole body flinched as he looked up and dropped the rock in his hands.

"come down here"

he spoke back, a little louder than you was expecting. you shake your head from the window.

"no i'm okay, for all i know you could be planning to kill me"

he let out a chuckle before sitting on the grass and looking back up at you.

"it would be a shame if i told your parents about your-"

you immediately jumped up and grabbed your shoes.

"okay, alright. i'm on my way down, just give me a second"

you went down the stairs as quietly as you could and left out of the back door.

you found Jaehyun sat in the exact same spot, outside your bedroom window.
