(A little bit of Sunghoons back story in this chapter 🤌)
Today were dance tryouts.
And Riki was nervous to say the least. He had convinced Soul to try out. But the coach had to have everyone retry out because there were alot of new people wanting to join.
"Alright gather around everyone." The two dance teachers say
"We have two this year?" Heeseung whispers to Intak with a questionable voice
Intak just shrugs
"as you know there are a lot more people trying out this year. And there is a lot of different things that we will be trying as well as the dance season goes on. One of them, is me having an assistant to help with the team" Mr Kang says
"For people who are new here im Mr. Kang and i've been a dance teacher for 5 years."
"And I'm Linh Nguyen, but you can just call me Mrs Linh. Ive been dancing since i was 6, but ive been a dance teacher for 2 years at a previous school"
"Today we have a lot to do. We are going over a choreo that I have choregraphed and then you will get into groups and we will choose from there. Then after that we will be choosing two captains for the team. You got it?"
"Yes" Everyone says

Try outs had went well. Everyone had done well but of course there had to be a final team.
Final team:
Ni-ki, Soul, Intak, Heeseung, Jungwon, Sunoo, Jongseob, Jiung, Yeji, Chaeryoung, Natty, Kazuha, Eunchae, and a few other people

"Alright Everyone, you all did so great. Best of luck to the eople who didn't make it this year, defitnelly comeback and tryout next year."
"We would like to see ummm..." Mrs Liah pauses to look at her clipboard
"Ah. Nishimura Riki and Haku Shota really quick."
Shota and Ni-ki look at each other and then the group with a scared look
"It's nothing bad, just about captains" Mr Kang smiles
"WHAT?!?" they both yell
"We would like to talk to you both about being captains this year. You both seem like the perfect candidates, you both have great freestyling and dance skills, and you both are getting along with everyone." Mr Kang says
"Are you both up for it?" Mrs Liah asks
"OH MY GOSH YES" Ni-ki smiles and says
"YES THANK YOU" Shota says next
"for the next class, we expect you both to have made a duet and have it ready to perform in front of everyone." Mr Kang says
"Yes sir" they both say
"Okay everyone tryouts dismissed" Mrs. Liah confirms

"I think this calls for a celebration" Intak says as he pulls both Ni-ki and Soul in
"Defitnelly. I say lets grab milkshakes and fries!" Soul says as he looks at Ni-ki
"ooo yes, we can't forget the taiyaki too!" Riki says jumping up and down with Soul
"Wait sorry i dont mean to sound stupid... but whats Tai...yaki...?" Sunoo asks and saying the food's name slowly to make sure to pronounce it right
Soul and riki stop jumping and look at Sunoo and start laughing
