Riki's Pov:
It had been two amazing months. But everything ends at some point. Its the last day of school this year today. Or was.. School just ended 30 minutes ago and im on the rooftop just letting my thoughts out.
It hurts to be honest.
Sunghoon isnt the only one to be going. Jake, Heeseung, Keeho, Theo, and Jay are all going off to college after summer aswell. The only differnece between them and Sunghoon is that Sunghoon is leaving tomorrow, while they leave after the summer ends.
It hurts to see people i've grown so close leaving but i can't hold them back.
I decided on a last minute trip to Japan. I figured it would be nice to finally see my parents and younger sister again. Konon was the one who suggested it. She has thing back in Japan with work and told me i could come with. I havent seen my parents in three years. I really miss them, but im excited to see them again.
I also wonder what it will be like when everyone is gone. If you think about it, almost everyone will be gone by the time im a senior... The only people left will be Soulie, Jongseob, Sunoo, Intak and Jungwon.
"Riki?" Someone calls my name
"hm?" I look up and see Intak and Jiung standing next to me trying to get my attention.
I was up on the rooftop again, visiting it for the last time for this school year. I'll be staying with my sister for the time being of us being in Korea since the school is closed. But we will only be here for about a week and then we're off to japan.
"Riki-san!" Jiung calls out
"What? huh?- sorry i zoned out."
"Whatcha thinking about?" jiung asks as he sits on one side of me and Intak takes the other side
"nothing." I smile softly as i look out at the view infront of me. The town is prettiest at night in my opinion.
"Dont you want to be with Sunghoon right now? School just got out. He leaves tomorrow" Jiung says as he pats me on the back
"We hung out all day though?" I look at them confused
"Yeah. But i figured you wold want to hang out with him for the rest of the night since he leaves tomorrow." Intak says
"don't remind me" i frown
Intak and jiung frown aswell
...
"What were you writing about?" Intak points to the journal in my hand trying to change the subject
"How'd you know i was writing? I could me drawing" I joke
"Thats not your usual drawing journal plus there is no art supplies out except for a pen in your hand. You dont sketch with pens." Intak laughs
"oh. damn you know me well."
"We all do. Especially when it comes to your drawings. You take those very seriously." Jiung adds on with a laugh
"Im just writing another journal entry. I've been using it since i moved to korea. My mom told me to use it to keep memories so she could read them one day. But i kind of have just used it for writing about how im feeling. I dont think she will ever get to read it" I awkwardly laugh
