Days go fast when you're a working adult. Without noticing, it was saturday already.
Sitting next to the window gives me the perfect view of the changing sceneries. They kept me company during train rides. Levi had suggested to come spend the day with him, just lazing around his house, in Stohess. I didn't mind the idea though. I was exhausted because of work, and I got to spend a day with him, what could I lose?
The view outside had ignited an idea inside my head. I took out my old hand-sized sketch book and a pencil. Grey strokes formed on the white paper, as my wrist began to move by itself.
The image in my head was inspired by last night's sketches in the journal. The magic in the sketches were tantalizing.
As the storkes grew, it eventually formed the picture my imagination had created. It was astonishing, seeing what i had in mind into a physical drawing.
Short strokes formed the texture of the stoned walls, and a few crystals growing around them. Illuminating the cave and floor covered water, giving a magical touch to it.
And with a few more strokes, I gave few corals here and there to give it an oceanic feeling. An underwater kingdom filled with beautiful colours, at least that's what my imagination projected for the home of the water spirit in Shinganshina's stories.
The journal had sparke curiosity again inside me toward the story. I hadn't had the time to read it through, but the drawings somewhat remind me of the imaginations that I once had when I was a kid. And for some reason, It lit up a feeling inside me. An urge to see what lies ahead.
I looked over once again at the messy black and white drawing I made. While closing my sketchbook, I Looked out through the window at the speeding change of scenery.
Closing my eyes, listened to the sounds and vibrations of the train. I found a strange comfort from it, as my mind drifted away. Quite some time passed, as I was woken up by the speaker mentioning of its arrival at the destination I'm heading.
I open my eyes, feeling strangely refreshed. I gather up my things, checking for my belongings first, and then made my way out of the train as soon as they stopped and openned the door.
Levi had told me he would pick me up at the station. So, I checked my phone to find a message from him. He said that he had arrived at the station and was waiting for me.
I quickly made my way out to the gate, as my eyes immediately darting around in search of the silky black haired man I know.
He noticed me first, and made way towards me. His eyes found mine, making a pinch of heat creep to my cheeks. He was wearing a navy blue collared-shirt and a pair of white pants. He was playing with his phone, which he tugged away in his pants pocket. A smile painted his face.
"Hey," His eyes never leaving mine,
"Hello to you too," I leaned forward, to give him a peck on the cheek,
I was feeling a bit daring, after the little nap on the train, just a bit though.
I grinned at his shocked expression that he immidiately recovered and turned to an amused one. He raised an eyebrow at me, but his smile grew wider.
"Thanks for picking me up," I said giving him a shy smile,
"No problem.." he answered, as his hand found mine, he brought it up to his lips and kissed it. "Anything for you..", he said without breaking eye contact with me. The gesture itself made me flush deeper.
And I was too stunned to come up with an answer.
"Come on," He tugged my hand, motioning me to follow him, right before I could react.
We made our way to his car, park on the side of the road outside of the station. As soon as both of us are in, he immediately pulled out of the parking spot and made our way to his house.
Last time I was too busy being sick to notice the area, but now I could see the beautiful little city that was near the sea.
It was like Shinganshina, but the area was more neat and radiant. Like there's some kind of magic that keeps you from looking away from it. I was in awe to notice Levi giving me amused glances. He chuckled at my expression,
"It's pretty isn't it.." He said, while looking at the road ahead. A faint smile on his lips.
I gave him a comfirming hum, still couldn't tear off my eyes from the scenery through the car's window.
The ride was short, but was spent in comfortable silence. It takes only a few minutes from the station to his home. I was about to draw again, but the car came to a halt. And before I knew it, we had arrived infront of a gorgeous looking house.
It was not big, yet also not small. The design was sleek and had a modern touch to it. They used big glass panes as the windows, woods and stones complimenting them. The small garden infront is well maintained. I would've said it was a new house, if Levi hadn't told me he had bought it for about 4 years ago.
As soon as the car stopped infront of his garage, I quickly exited the car and waited eagerly for him by the front door.
He then followed me to the front door and locked the car with a single beep. He sneek an arm around my waist, and restrd his chin on my shoulder. I could feel his warm breath at my neck, sending me delicious shivers.
He became more bold with touching me. And hell no, I ain't gonna complain about it. Because I love his touches and caresses.
"Someone is lively today.." his arm pulling me towards him more, as his other hand taking it's time opening the front door.
I leaned to him more, relaxing my excited nerves, "..I miss your porch's view of the ocean,"
"Just that?" He decided to play along with me,
"Maybe," I gave him my playful smirk, as we stepped inside the house.
He only giving me an amuse expression, and then proceed on stepping inside and locking the front door.
After lining my grey loafers at the entrance, I followed him to the living spacious living room. I had my fill exploring this area, the kitchen and his bedroom from the first visit.
Well, technically it wasn't a visit. More like, 'I was suddenly sick when I was in the middle of flirting with this gorgeous man that's been hitting on me for a few weeks, that I happended to have interest on' kind of visit. It may sound suspicious, and maybe I'll be murdered by Mikasa if she knew this.
But, Hey, I wasn't raped or killed. And. The past is in the past, is what they say. Besides, I wouldn't tell her that part anyway.
Anyways, eventhough I only 'explored' it with my eyes the last visit, I could tell that he's a very clean person. When I say a very clean person, I mean a very very clean person. Just placing a finger on a furniture, you coukd see that there is no such thing called a speck of dust on it.
It made my mind wonder on how he maintains it.
I set down my brown sling bag on his couch, and then turn to him.
"So," I said to him, dragging the 'o' longer. "What are we doing today?" I asked, not knowing what the plans are for today.
He looked at me for a few seconds, before saying "Do whatever you like, make yourself at home.", giving me a smile. He then gave me a quick chaste kiss on the lips before dissapearing to his bedroom.
I didn't catch the glint in his eyes that could be a warning clue for me in the near future, before he turned and left me red, standing in the middle of his living room from a simple kiss.
