I walked out of the gates of the station, and to the park near it. I sat on one of the benches. My heart was being disturbingly loud ever since I received his text.

I mean, it was a sudden invitation, thats why I'm just a bit.. you know.. excited.

Thump, Thump

Yeah, its just like any other dates that I had gone to.

....

Thump, Thump

But, why the hell is it so loud?! Oh my god! I'm nervous as fuck. Shit.. And its not like it's my first date. I've dated other guys before! I mean, I've never been this nervous. The hell is wrong with me?

Thump, Thump

Well we're not technically dating.. yet. I mean, it's just LUNCH! For goodness gracious, It is just lunch, Eren! Stop freaking out! Yeah! Stop fidgeting all over! Damn it.

While I was busy calming myself, a figure was walking towards me. It stopped a few feet near the bench I was sitting.

The figure then continued his steps. He stopped again but right in front of me this time.

He cleared his throat several times to get my attention. I jumped a little then looked up. My face was slightly red from the sudden shyness, from someone discovering me while I was acting stupidly nervous.

And, oh, I know how I look when I'm nervous. It was thanks to Mikasa, who filmed me. And oh boy, I don't wanna remember it again, not this time.

But, luck was not at my side that time. Because when I looked up at the figure, I was pretty sure I looked like a child looking pale because his mother found out something that he was hiding from her.

But in my case, it was pale for a few seconds and then a full bright red face presented itself.

Guess who? Its Levi-san!

"So you were looking forward to the date, huh?"

Damn him and his handsome smug face..

I can't even speak at this point. I was so embarrassed with myself allowing him to see me like this. And from the information I gained through our chats, he is a freaking big ass tease.

Even through phones, he could make my face suddenly go cherry red.

".....am not" I finally succeeded at calming myself a little and able to form a few words,

He only replied me with an amused smile, that made me look down in shyness.

"So are you going to shit there for a thousand years, or come have lunch with me?"

He offered me one of his hands ,that caught me off guard, yet still I take it with a shy smile. After I stood up, he didn't break away. We walked side by side, enjoying the small trip to the main street.

It was Sunday, so the streets were crowded with people.

With our fingers secretly intertwined together, he guide me through the soaring sea of people. It was a small gesture, but it makes me fall for him deeper in every second we're together.

He took us to a small alley restaurant. It was quiet there. But there were still a few people eating there beside us.

I didn't know what to order, so I asked him to order for me. After taking orders, we chatted like we've known each other for years. Eventhough mostly it was just me telling random stories, but he always smiled while listening to me. He said he likes listening to me. I don't know if its real or just flattery. But I know that it was really comfortable being around him.

Our food came sometime later. It was surprisingly delicious, even though it was a small and secluded restaurant.

We finished our meal and headed out to the main street. It was about a few minutes past noon. We weren't heading to any particular place. Just walking, and enjoying the buzzing streets. Telling stories, joking around with our fingers still intertwined with each other.

Time just flew by really fast whenever I'm with him. Even though we just met a few months ago, But it feels like years of knowing him.

Without noticing we ended up near the beach.

The sky has changed it's colour to a gradient of purple and blue, as the sun has set a couple of hours ago. There was a bench a few feet near us, with a vending machine and a street lamp beside it.

The streets were a few feet above the beach so there are stairs going down and railings along the streets.

I sat on the bench, near to the vending machine, while Levi-san bought us drinks.

"So.. what do you want?" He asked while scanning the drinks,

"Is there any apple juice?"

"Yeah there is," he said as he pressed the button for it,

He got himself some jasmine tea, and sat himself beside me.

"Thanks," I said as he handed me my apple juice.

"Hmm.."

We sat in silence, enjoying the moment.

I closed my eyes and focused my senses one by one.

First, I breath in the fresh salty air of the sea. Then I could hear the sound the waves make, while clashing with each other. Next, the feeling of the breeze gently stroking my cheeks. And as I open my eyes, I could see the dark night sky with the moon and the stars lighting it up like small decorating lights.

It was relaxing. I couldn't help staring at the view.

I stood up and made my way to the railings infront of me. I leaned myself to it, while putting my hand on it. The view was more clear like this.

I didn't even bother about the feeling of someone staring at my back.

I turned around facing the blue-ish grey eyes. He was still sitting at the bench while looking at me, he didn't even avert his eyes. My cheeks were stained red from his gaze.

"Would you like to take a small walk at the beach with me?" I asked him with a smile that I wasn't conscious of,

He then stood up from the bench and walkedtoward me. Then stopped right infront of me,

"I would love to," He said as he slipped his fingers between mine.We walked down the stairs and along the shore hand-in-hand. The saltiness of the water was stronger than before. But both of us didn't mind.

After awhile, the black haired man stopped his steps. I, who was hand-in-hand with him, also stopped. Confused, I turned to him to take a look at him.

His pale skin was glowing under the moonlight. His eyes reflected the glittering waves. And his face gave a longing look to the sea.

It was a breath-taking moment. It feels like I was looking at a picture, a painting. He was blending well with the ocean view. It's as if he belongs there.

"You like the sea.." I blurted out my thoughts,

He turned his face to me and smiled, "I love it," he corrected. "Do you?" He asked me back with an unreadable gaze.

I averted my gaze from him to the vast sea. My free hand tightly wrapped around the momento of my mother. I couldn't help but remember my past. About the trip, my parents, the smilling face of my mother.. taken away and will never return.

A sad smile was form on my face, a painful one. "I couldn't hate it, even when I tried to.." then my gaze fell into his eyes again, "..But it was and still is the one that keep me from falling."

"So that means you don't dislike it?" He asked to confirm.

I didn't have an answer to that question yet. Because it was a complicated feeling. So for now, I could only give him a smile for it.
