Chapter 3

We call it off around eleven, the Cresent moon was almost clear to looked at.

Me and Mikasa decided to stay over that night ,while the others gone home.

After cleaning up the house a bit ,I decided to take a stroll at the beach for a while. Mikasa and Armin had gone to bed.

I enjoy the breeze at night. The waters sparkling under the moonlight always calms me down for some reason.

After walking for a while near the shore, I stopped to took in the view.

As I looked at the Cresent Moon , my vision starts to blur. The alcohol had started to kicked in, I thought.

I looked at my watch and it was a minute to midnight. My head starts to throbed heavily, It was my cue to get back to the house.

I arrived at Armin's Beach house ten minutes later, 'cause I stroll quite far from it.

Mikasa and Armin were dead asleep already.

My head was spinning heavily when i got into the bed. I tried to leave the head-ache alone , but the result was fruitless.

I wouldn't fell asleep anytime soon. So, I decided to get some water. But it didn't help at all.

I was sitting on the sofa in the living room that was facing the beach. I was still closing my eyes trying to surpress the headache.

When suddenly, I thought I heard someone called me.

Eren..

My eyelids were too heavy to open , so I couldn't see who was calling me.

The next morning , Mikasa woke me up.

I couldn't remember anything from the previous night.

But the good thing was my headache was gone.

I asked Mikasa if she woke up last night, But she said she didn't. Maybe it was Armin. He's working now at the library, so I couldn't ask him.

I looked at the clock and got in the bathroom to get ready. I got the Lunch shift at the cafe.

Did I ever mention I work at a Cafe?

Well there you go..

I have worked there for almost two years. I also got a night job as a bartender for a year and a half now.

I'm already legal to have jobs, ok?

I'm 22 this year, well already goin' to 23.

Mikasa also has a job, she's working at the city doing office stuff.

Shinganshina is a small town, so there's nothing much here. Annie, Reiner, and Bertold choose to live in Rose city.

While the rest of us choose to go back and forth to there for our jobs, or just simply work here in the town.

For me, At the day I work in one of the town's Cafe. Then at night, I went to Rose to start my bartender shift.

It's a hassle, but the pay were worth it.

Considering Mikasa who's going to move in to Sina city.

I've been trying to convince her to move out. It's not because I don't want her to be here or something like that, It's just there's too much transportation cost for it.

Imagine that everyday, she needs to wake up early just to board the MRT to Sina and the cost of goin back and forth over there was just..

Okay, Lets not talk about that. It starts to give me a damn headache again.

At last, last week ,she told me that she already looked at an apartment in Sina. So next month she'll be moving there.

I'll be a little lonely though, without her around.

Hey, she's still my sister despite all the fuss she makes that annoys me. But don't tell her that.

At least ,I still got my best budd, Armin, here.

Well , Back to the current situation.

I got myself ready to go to my job after breakfast. I grabbed my bag and put on my dark green converse, telling Mikasa that I'm goin' to work , or she'll text me nonstop asking me where the hell I am.

And as usual to start the week, A short early meeting at the cafe before it opens.

Yeah, I need to be there at eight in the morning every Monday for the meeting. Then be standby at the staff's room till my noon shift.

Got off my first job at five in the evening. Goes to the station , Board the MRT to Rose and start my night shift as a bartender.

Preety much the same everyday. Except I got no work at Saturday and Sunday for the Day job, Wednesday and Sunday for the Night job.
