I knew he would have the weekend off considering all new hires get their first weekend off when they join. It's a way for them to recharge from the long hours and to think on whether or not this job is what they really want. Dad had said he was fluent in a few different languages but I needed to test him out for myself.
I needed this upcoming meeting to go well and wanted to make sure I had the right person for the job. I also wanted to make sure I wasn't forcing him into anything. Whether or not he agreed to my purpose would be entirely up to him and him alone.
Half an hour later he walked in with his laptop bag and took everything he needed out and got straight to work.
"How was your weekend"?
"Good, can't complain".
"That's good. I know your busy but I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me"? "Of course Sir, anything you need".
"How do you say how is your day in Chinese"?
"Nǐguò dé hǎo ma".
Hm
"How can I help you in Spanish".
"Le puedo ayudar en algo"

"Nice weather we're having in German".
"Wir hatten schönes Wetter".
"How is your family in Russian".
"как ваша семья".
"So you do know different languages". "I do, I promise I didn't lie in my interview to your father. I need this job too much for me to lie".
"Hm I see. I need you for an upcoming meeting with the board members. I can understand Spanish just fine but the others not so much". "The others being Mandarin, Russian and German"? "That's right, they're all on the board but they each thought it necessary to send me messages individually. I would normally hire a translator but thought I'd ask you first. That is if your able to do it, I'll understand if your to busy".
"I can, the device is almost complete so it won't be a problem. Is there anything else I can help you with"?
Already!?
I sent him over a group chat.
"That's the group chat the board uses along with my father. My father and uncle being who they are knew they would be polite and civil with them that's why they only let a few people know about their retirement. They know their going to be upset about not being informed on that but the main thing they want to know is how the board feels about me".
"And since your father is no longer in the group chat means they can talk freely and they would never say anything mean in a email letter". "Exactly, my father and uncle still have access to it but they don't feel it's appropriate to log on since they no longer work here".
"I understand. Do you want to know what they said at the end of the day or before the meeting"? "Before the meeting, it'll be first thing tomorrow morning". "Understood sir".
Kakashi
I put my computer in stealth mode before entering the group chat. The first thing I noticed was the last discussion they all had with Madara Uchiha. Alexander Garcia the Spanish board member wanted to know how a meeting went. Bai Wu and Anastasia Patrov the Chinese and Russian board members wanted to know how much money the company could make.
I was hoping to find any personal conversations that may have been going on but couldn't find any. None of them were active at the moment either making it incredibly boring. I was about to log into the company computer to finish my design but became alert when the laptop started to ping.
Alexander: ¿Alguno de ustedes ha tenido noticias de Madara? ( Have any of you heard from Madara? )
Hans: Nein, aber ich möchte wissen, wie alle über das Treffen mit Obito morgen denken ( No but what I want to know is how everyone feels about the meeting with Obito tomorrow )
Anastasia: он некомпетентен. мы должны были быть проинформированы о его повышении, но не были ( Hes incompetent. We should have been informed about his promotion but wasn't )
Bai Wu: Tā hěn kěnéng qīpiàn tā de fùqīn gùyòng tā. Xiǎng hé sī tōng zěnmeliǎo? Tāmen shènzhì kǎolǜguò shèn me? ( he more than likely tricked his father into hiring him. What happened to Hibiki and Stone? Were they even considered? )
Anastasia: Я не уверен, но я знаю, что Обито уже много лет хотел компании своего отца. ( I'm not sure but what I do know is that Obito has wanted his father's company for years )
Hans: Wo haben Shadow, Kana, and Sayumi überhaupt darüber nachgedacht? Sie sind schließlich Izunas Kinder ( where Shadow, Kana, and Sayumi even considered? They are Izuna's kids afterall )
Alexander: No están separadas de la empresa (they're not a part of the company )
Anastasia: почему нет ( why not )
Alexander: No tengo idea, pero es algo que tenemos que discutir con él, entre otras cosas. ( no idea but it is something we need to discuss with him among other things )
Bai Wu: Wǒ tóngyì. Míngtiān de huìyì shàng jiàn ( I agree. I'll see you all at the meeting tomorrow )
What did Mr. Uchiha do for them to talk this way? He's not at all capable of doing what they think he's doing. He's not that kind of person, I know he's not
"Kakashi, everything ok"?
I composed myself.
"Yes sir it is, just trying to process everything".
"I see, in that case, inform me of what they said tomorrow before the meeting starts".
"Yes sir, will do".
