"You've got to be kidding..." You said to yourself, reaching for your bag. "That moron dug him up from his grave?!"

Seeing you so distressed, Michael got up too, turning away from the cameras. "There's a killer animatronic still functioning after all these years?!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah... Remember when I said that I tried to kill your father after he killed me?"

"I'm still doubting that part of the story, but yes." You were still searching for the axe you planned to bring, and somehow you forgot it at home. "That animatronic is your father, and I wasn't able to kill him properly... And now I can't do it without the axe," you muttered to yourself in the end, already searching for something as heavy and as sharp.

"Wait wait, kill him properly?! I get the revenge thing, but you also wanted a special way to kill him?" He asked, backing away as soon as you got closer to the cameras.

"So there's this thing called Remnant," you started, your palms glued on the table, waiting for the computer to power on, "it's some sort of fused metal or invisible gas that gets created when a soul and actual metal combine... making the springlocks death a fast way to be immortal," you turned to him, as he looked less confused than before, and rather interested, "a perfect getaway for someone that researched the serum to immortality."

As the computer booted you started looking through the cameras closer to the office and quickly went all the way to the main entrance, checking the vents too. "Are you sure there isn't any way to close the door or the vents?" You asked.

"The door is completely open, but in some parts the vents have little doors that can be closed," Michael answered, pointing at the ven pad on your right.

Then you saw something in the darkness through a camera. A set of glowing eyes, and a barely visible silhouette of a bunny in the dark, looking at the camera.

"Then we don't have anything to protect ourselves... "

You sighed, plopping your head down. You could have left for a bit to bring the axe, but you didn't want to make the same mistake, even if Michael was like you. Dying by these things is also painful too. You wouldn't wish it to your worst enemy either, because Remnant exists and he was in the building with you.

From behind, Michael poked your shoulders a few times with his finger, then pointed at the monitor. With a button he activated an old voice recording from Balloon Boy, and after a bit, the bunny was there, looking around. He did the same thing with another camera after a bit, driving it away from both of you.

"Auditory recognition... He doesn't know the plant of the building, he just follows the noises." You smiled, turning to your right, where Michael was. He was way closer than you thought he would be, your faces were almost touching, but he didn't seem to mind it. He just backed away, sitting back to the chair, leaving you still glued to the monitor, but now a blushing mess.

"I played around a bit yesterday, I figured that it could serve something. Now we just need to keep him at bay for the night. Easy peasy."

"Yeah... Thank you. I guess we don't need th-" You stopped mid sentence. You swore you saw something moving with the corner of your eye. "Did you see something moving too?" You asked Michael, but he didn't.

"I might not be used to staying up late anymore then... Strange." You chuckled, looking back to the cameras.

The bunny seemed to stand still in one place, looking at the camera, but there was still that something in the corner of your eye that you couldn't fully see. Yet, when you turned around, a greenish Foxy was frozen in the air, and it seemed he was charging at you, and that's what he did.
