"Good night Deku," Ochaco said giving Izuku one more glance as he was about to close the door.
"Good night Ochaco," he said closing the door before greeting the dark place by saying 'Tadaima!!!' only to hear nothing but the eerie sound of nothing.
"Guess mom's taking the late night shifts again," he said to himself as he walked to his room. "Hope she's not pushing herself too much"
Upon opening the door to his room, he turned on the light and saw all the All Might posters, figures, and merch he'd collected over the years. Just seeing them brought back the memory of what All Might told him.
"I should really start thinking about donating these," he said throwing his bag on the bed. But just as it landed, it flew open and everything that was inside fell to the ground. "Aw man. The zipper must've gotten damaged when I threw it"
Bending down to pick up everything, he noticed something odd about his things. He had all his books, All Might-themed stationery, and everything but there was something in the pile he didn't recognize. It was a small black box and it had a strange symbol on top of it.

"Huh? Where did this come from?" he said taking up the box. He them observed it from top to bottom checking for a name but when he couldn't find any, he went to sit on his bed. "Maybe I should..."
Slowely, he grabbed the top and opened it up only to be welcomed by a flash of green light which made him fall back onto his bed dropping the box in the progress. As it died down, Izuku rubbed his eyes trying to recover from it.
"Oh man, about damn time I got out of that ring," he heard something said from in front of him. He was still trying to recover from the slight blindness he received caused all he saw was a blurry black figure in front of him which appeared to be floating. "Oh hey Izuku, what's up?"
Izuku finally regained his sight and was able to see what was floating in front of him. It was a creature that had black fur, green eyes, cat-like ears, and a small dark blue whisker on its forehead, as well as one on each of its cheeks.

"Whoa, what are you? A genie?" Izuku asked getting close to the creature who looked at him confused and surprised.
"Okay, I didn't expect the kid to be so calm," the creature thought to itself before shaking its head. "First off, I'm not a genie, I'm a kwami kid. Call me Plagg"
