[15] The Bug & Cat Duo vs. The Octopus

Inside the nurse's office of Ousei Academy, both Izuku and Eijiro lay down on the beds with their eyes closed, faces slightly covered in dust from the collapsed building. As Mina sat beside Eijiro holding his hand, Ochaco watched as Izuku breathed slowly in and out. Earlier the nurse told them that thanks to Eijiro, both of them were hardly injured but they just needed to rest to fully recover. Though they were relieved to hear that they were all right, neither girl could relax yet.

Mina then pulled her phone out of her skirt pocket and opened a News app that displayed live footage of the same octopus villain climbing up a building with a hostage in one of its arms.

"If this really is an akumatized villain, then where are Mochibig and Black Neko?" she asked out loud unaware that the same two people who she was wondering the whereabouts of, were sitting and lying in the same room as she was. She then turned to Ochaco who had her fist clenched on the bed Izuku was lying on. Concerned, she asks, "You okay, Ochaco?"

Though she heard her, Ochaco didn't say anything but instead clenched her teeth as a very quiet growl escaped the gaps. Though she couldn't hear it, Mina could tell she was frustrated, so she walked over and placed a hand on her shoulder before saying, "Believe me I'm worried about my boyfriend too, but getting worked up isn't going to make them recover faster. All we can do now is wait for Mochibug and Black Neko, and let them do what they have to do"

After taking in her words, Ochaco looked back to Izuku and mumbled, "Yeah, what do I have to do"

"Huh? What'd you say?" Mina asked as Ochaco stood up from the stool she was sitting on.

"Nothing. I'm going to call our parents, you know, to let him know that we're okay," Ochaco said and she made her way to walk out of the Infirmary.

"Okay, I'll keep an eye on these two," Mina said waving her off. Ochaco flashed a smile at Mina before closing the door behind her. She then began jogging down the hall which then turned into a full-on sprint. As she ran, Tikki flew out of her hiding place and floated in front of her.

"Ochaco, I know what you're thinking but you need to calm down," she said to her with a voice clearly in concern.

"You don't get it Tikki! That villain didn't hesitate once when he attacked Deku! I'm not going to let him get away with it! He's going to pay!" Ochaco said, with her voice filled with rage that even made Tikki shiver. Once she was outside, she ran behind a building, looked left and right to be sure no one was watching her, and then looked dead straight at Tikki before shouting...

"OCHACO PLEA...!!!" Tikki shouted only to be cut off by her body being sucked into the earrings.

The earrings charged up with energy with the 5 polka-dots. With a serious face, Ochaco swiped both her hands over her eyes to form her mask. She jumped high, her body spinning and her eyes closed, and the magic went from her neck to her feet, forming her costume. Putting a hand to the back of her hair, she twirled it with the magic on her hands and yanked it upwards to form the antennae of the costume. With the yoyo in the center of her belt, she twirled mid-air as if she was dancing in space, curled herself into a ball before striking a pose with a determined expression, and her hands forming a fist on both sides of her hips.
