ASCHMC
-Henry and Kaley back from leadership conference, seemed to be productive
-wants to re-evaluate how their getting feedback from students, and try and get more feedback from students
-their working on a PowerPoint to show what they learned,
-noticed how much closer HMC student gov is to admin in comparison to other schools, want to say thank you
-wellness party (dry party) to educate people about substances, with north dorm, on a Thursday ("to not conflict with parties anyone actually wants to go to" ish ish paraphrase), will be backgammon, should be well funded
BUDGET
-gave marc more money
-"gave ballroom more more money" (lol thx Carlton)
other budget stuff but you can look at the aschmc meeting notes for that
-also gave money to 5c hawaii club (thx quinn)
COVID
-0 covid cases for last two weeks, longest stretch of no covid since well start of covid.
-thinking about making COVID vaccine required for students for next year?
-preliminary conversations, not sure about boosters and specifics.
-CMC is not going to require any COVID vaccine proof for next year
-thinking about access, currently its limited
-maybe do booster shot clinics like the flu clinics?
-thinking a lot about access and how people would get the vaccine/afford it
-will update more
