V was not one to get worried easily it was something that she prided herself in though it'd be a lie if she was being completely honest. She always tried to act crazy like the first time they made her into a Disassembly Drone but... that stopped after a week for her. She didn't like it, she wanted her old life back it was all she wanted and she couldn't deny it.
The play dates with Tessa, the occasional argument with J about something that was ultimately meaningless and N always being there for her, and her always being there for him. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't thankful that J and Uzi fell for each other. She'd hate to imagine what would happen if she had to see N get with Uzi.... gross.
V: Heh looks like E was right about being patient, worked out in the end.
Lizzy: Who are you talking to?
V: Myself. Look why are you still around me?
Lizzy: Because you're a murder drone. Plus N pissed Uzi off and last time she got mad she made a rail gun.
V: Yeah... wonder were that thing went. Oh well what are you looking at on that phone?
Lizzy: Something personal.
V: Is it someone close to you?
Lizzy: What? How did you know that it was-
V: Trust me Lizzy I might seem like a jerk... but I can take cues on how people act. You don't have to tell me if you want-
Lizzy: I already said what I wanted to. You might know loss but... I don't think you know what its like to have the one person who is supposed to care about you, blame you for something out of your control.
V: Well I hope you feel better soon.
Lizzy went back to being silent and V could only let out a sigh as she tried to see if the other Workers were doing anything interesting. Though V's sensors immediately lit up as she was detecting a heat signature... one that was far too large to be a Worker or Disassembly Drone. V deployed her gun and looked around she needed to be ready if whatever was producing that heat came any closer but V couldn't imagine what was truly hunting her down.
-Transition-
657 was busy trying to tidy up the cabin as she was beyond bored and the lack of being able to draw or even rest was starting to bug her. What didn't help was that her shoulder still hurt and worst yet she wasn't exactly feeling safe since B didn't want her to open up the door to the room A was in.
Artist no. 657: ...Disappointed expression... I wish I could help Achlys and Blair. But I'm stuck like this. If I could just-
657 was interrupted as she heard something from A's room and from what it sounded like A had started to move again.
Artist no. 657: Blair?
657 waited for a response but got nothing and while she started to move towards the door in hopes of at least seeing what was going on. More noises came from A's room and once 657 cracked the door open she instantly regretted it.
A was on her knees with her eyes being hollow and instead of holding her head in pain it sounded as if A's entire body was shaking. A looked around the room frantically, almost desperately and what shocked 657 was seeing A starting to vomit... it didn't take long for the Worker to figure out what was going on as she could see the steam coming from the liquid A had puked up. Her body had rejected B's oil likely a failsafe so the Disassembly Drones didn't try to eat each other and 657 backed away from the door as A deployed her wings. The hiss and growl A made sounded off, something that 657 would compare more to an animal rather than a person. A's eyes formed into a red X as she lashed out with her claws, lucky for 657 she was quiet enough to not be noticed but once A had gotten back on her feet she broke through the cabins wall.
