An Unknown Threat?!

Part 14

A and B had finally done it and for Nori it was a bit surprising as she remembered telling C that those two would probably confess to each other when the sun burnt out. Looks like she was wrong but hey it was a good thing to be wrong for once.

Nori: So, Blair finally learned to make things official.

B: Shut up.

Artist no. 657: I had to give her a prep talk and slap her.

Yeva: Really?

Artist no. 657: Yep.

A: B Ipod helped you?

B: Put me down so I can actually look mad.

A: Maybe.

B: This... this is why I love and hate being in this position.

Nori: Well congratulations it only took you forever to say you loved her.

B: Don't be sarcastic with me. I'm the one who is supposed to make those remarks.

Nori: Not today Blair.

B: Achlys put me down.

A let out a sigh and placed B down with the two tailed drone looking at Nori with complete annoyance though was clearly still a bit flustered. A found B's persistence to be funny though her joy turned to panic as she saw a drone approaching them. The red visor and black and grey armor were immediate red flags for her and in an instant she went from laughing a bit to rushing the drone and slamming him against a tree.

A: How dare you?!

Nori: Wait, he's with us!

B, 657 and Yeva all looked at A with complete shock though Nori was the one to get closer and grab A's arm in an effort to pull her off the Disassembly Drone.

A: He's one of the new Disassembly Drones! He's here to kill us!

Nori: A!

A whispered her head toward Nori and gave the shorter Disassembly Drone a death stare that almost made Nori jump back. Once A saw the fear in Nori's eyes her grip on Dullahan lessened. A wanted to apologize but she couldn't risk the Company finding them.

Dullahan: I have loyalty to Tessa James Elliott.

A: What?

A turned back to face Dullahan and while she couldn't exactly get a read on if he was telling the truth through facial expressions, she did hear the sincerity in his voice.

A: Prove it... Gen 4.

Dullahan: Well nice to make your acquaintance-

A: I said prove it!

Dullahan: Right... well Tessa was assigned to meet us with Commander Hades and Pos-

A: Hades... you work for Hades!

Dullahan: Well I did but I think I might have become a turncoat.

A: Explain now! And no sidebar conversations.

Dullahan: Understood. Me and the rest of the Oppressors were to meet with Tessa but Hades decided that we'd reach the planet ahead of schedule. I met her first when she was mad but she was nice after that. Hades then told me meet with the others but then Ashini told me to meet her here and then I killed her and now you're holding me against a tree.

A: ...

Nori: Achlys he's not with the company.

A let her grip around Dullahan's throat go and the Drone fell to the ground and held his head in place to avoid having it come off.
