"Intent does not matter. Only Consequences." - Kratos, God of War Ragnorok

"What was in the vault that set you off?" Atreus asked as we left it, turning to Kratos.

"It is not important." He replied as I climbed on top of Damon's back.

"Seemed important."

"It was rash impulse. Do not dwell on my feelings." Kratos said quickly.

I snickered a little and covered my mouth. "Almost sounded like an apology, old man. I guess you do like to smash pottery." Atreus snickered and started to laugh, too. We immediately erupted with laughter. Kratos and even Damon looked annoyed with us for a brief moment.

"Focus." Kratos said, sighing a bit. We stopped laughing after a bit, and Damon came and rubbed my side.

"Look at you, little monster, you're being a big puppy," I said, rubbing his fur. He nuzzled me a bit, and I laughed. I looked at Kratos and Atreus.

"Are you all hungry?" I asked quietly, looking around and climbing off of Damon.

"Definitely." Atreus answered immediately. "Are you gonna grow fruit? How would Damon eat?"

I rubbed Damon's head. "Damon doesn't necessarily need to eat. He just does it, just because. He's a little silly sometimes."

"Wolves cannot be silly," Kratos said almost grumpily. Which might as well be considered normal.

"Damon is also a monster. But he's such a good boy!" I said, rubbing his cheeks, causing him to nuzzle into me. "They have emotions as well, Kratos." As I began to grow food, I saw Atreus step up to Father and Mimir.

"Look, I just want to know the truth from now on, okay? I don't care if it hurts me or not. I want to learn. Just 'cause you hate being a god doesn't mean I have to," Atreus said. I softly smiled at his boldness. I would also have to trust Atreus to tell him important information as well... But what time is truly right for that? I made a few fruits, some familiar, most unfamiliar, and I split it into portions amongst us and feed Damon some blueberries.

We began to leave the room a bit, and before I left, I grabbed some ale that reminded me of home. I smiled, softly picking it up and placing it in my bag. It wasn't like anyone was just going to find this place and have a sip...other than us. I glanced at the strange element that Mimir said was from a sandy desert far away from here, and I softly grabbed it, placing it in my pocket.

I caught up with them to hear Atreus discuss the wolf-giants, and Damon tilted his head. "Wolf giants?" I questioned, looking at him.

"Ah yes, "the bringers of day and night." Mimir replied. I smirked. The thought of Helios and Nyx being replaced by my wolves made me chuckle a bit.

"Ragnarök begins when they catch the sun and moon, right? Did Týr know them?" Atreus asked. For a moment, I forgot we were on this Tyr mission. I was still debating on when to return, as time in Olympus moves differently than time on Earth. Mimir said that he didn't know if Tyr knew them. So much for the smartest man "alive."

I looked around, seeing various traps. "Your god, Tyr, must've been awfully paranoid."

Mimir chuckled. "Aye, thanks to Odin - with good reason. I'm a bit surprised you aren't as paranoid, Adoni."

I turned to Mimir. "You mean because the Odin has his eyes on me? I could care less for him. My dilemmas do not concern my current agendas." I said softly, turning and smiling to Mimir.

"Still...be on your guard, Adoni." Kratos said as he began turning a cog. "If he comes for you -"

"If he comes for me, you and Atreus will not be on the battlefield." I replied strongly.
