Broken {Embry Call}

Chapter 9

Sam walks down along with Emily. Emi walks into the kitchen while Sam comes sit down at the table.

Sam(sigh): we're gonna have to speed up your training Phoenix

Me(frown): why ?

Embry(clench his teeth): an army of newborn is coming in a few days

Me(surprised): what ? Why ?

Sam(sigh): for Bella apparently we're training with the Cullens starting today we leave at 9

Me(sigh): alright

I walk into the kitchen and asks Emily if she needs help with anything. She smile and ask if I can make some coffee. I smile and start to make the coffee for everyone. As Paul and Jared walk inside the coffee stop brewing. I smile and pour myself a cup along with one for Sam and one for Paul since I don't know if the others are coffee drinkers.

Me(look at Embry and Jared ): Coffee ?

Jared(smile): oh yeah !

Embry(smile): please

I smile and pour them a cup each. I get the milk and cream form the fridge and put it on the table where everyone sat down. I walk back to the counter and grab two cups putting one in front of Sam and the other in front of Paul. They thank me and I grab the two other cups from the counter and put those in front of Embry and Jared. I once again walk back to the counter and take my cup in my hands. I lean in on the counter and start to drink my coffee.

Paul(chuckles): a Black drinking black coffee how ironic

Me(smirk): oh really well guess what the zoo called. They're wondering how you got out of your cage

Paul(burst out laughing): wow I was not ready for that this early !

Me(chuckles): or maybe it's because I haven't roasted you in a while

Paul(smirk): maybe I'm guessing you'll be coming back strong

Me(smirk): Ohhhh yeah

Everyone laughed and I went to sit down on the sofa. I put my coffee down onto the side table and pick up my sketchbook and pens once again.

Me(starting to draw): when can I go back to school Sam ?

Sam(turn to me): once this is over I think you'll be good to go back and so are everyone else

Jared(sigh): ah man I don't want to go back

Me(smirk): hey cheer up you'll be able to see me and the history teacher argue again !

Embry(chuckles): man that was great

Jared(chuckles): perks of having you in one of our class

Me(smile): that's what happens when your too good in a class you skip one and get to be with older people

Jared: hey ! We ain't that old

Me(smile): a year only but you still older then me !

They laughed and I continue to draw until Sam asks us to finish up so we can get going. I finish my coffee and close my sketchbook before going into the kitchen and putting my cup in the dishwasher.

Emily(gives me an energy bar): your eating that before going no argument

Me(sigh): fine

I open it and bite into it. I swallow and finish it fast because Sam is getting impatient. I swallow the last bite and kiss Emily's cheek before running out. Before shifting I take off Embry's hoodie so I don't tore it apart before shifting. Sam started to run and we all followed I was running behind at first but I catches up to Sam in no time. I might be a bit smaller but I'm faster ! We got to the Cullens territory and I picked up their scent faster then the others apparently because I obliqued in their direction first. They all seemed surprised but still followed me. I got to a small hill and slowed down letting Sam walk in front of me. I walked besides him on his right while Jacob was on his left. I jumped down the hill on the other side of the log and stopped besides Sam.

Edward(traducting Sam's thoughts): they don't trust us enough to come in human form

Carlisle(look at Edward): they're here it's the principal can you traduct

Edward take a step forward and stand beside the grey jeep.

Bella(look at Jacob): hey Jacob

Sam let out a growl stopping Jake in his tracks of walking towards Bella.

Carlisle(mainly looking at Sam): welcome... (point to Jasper) Jasper has fought newborns he'll teach us how to defeat them

Edward(traduct Sam's thinking): they wanna know in what the newborns are different from us

Carlisle: they're strength exceeds ours because they're human blood permeates their veins (talk stronger) vampires are at their picked of their strength into their first months of existing

Jasper: Carlisle is right it's why they were created an army of new borns doesn't count as many soldiers as a human army but no human army would resist (look at Edward) the two things the most important to know is first... never let their arms embrace you they'd crush you right away. (Look back at us) Secondly don't imagine killing them by a direct approach they're prepared to that... you would all be defeated for sure (walk back) Emmett (get in combat stance) don't spare me

Emmett(smirk getting ready): that's not in my nature

They start to fight and Jasper easily defeats Emmett. We watch as then Carlisle and Edward start to fight. Carlisle win and then Jasper fight Rosalie, then Alice who's the only one to win against him. Bella ended up walking up to Jacob and leaning into him. Embry walked up to me as Sam told us that we were leaving for the day. I looked at the vampires one last time and I could see Jasper trying to read my emotions. I showed my teeth making him understand that he should stop and walked away with Embry right behind Sam. We left and Jacob and I took the way for our family house. I shifted right behind our house where my bedroom window is. I climbed into my room through my window completely naked and quickly threw some clothes on.
