More like a prologue that used to be real.
A single golden light split into two, then three, then more and more. Blurs of multi-coloured lights  circled  around each other, dividing the two sides of the battle. The sheer amount of power radiating off the round objects was enough to push everyone further back, blinding whoever yet dared to stare at it.
Some of them, more to the sides were able to see- sense- the openings on the other side, swallowing the enemy back into their land, but none of the few that spotted it really had the mind to pay it attention, instead refocusing on the ever-growing circuit, the distance between the coloured fragments getting wider.
In an instance, they flew into the sky, dispersing entirely in 10 directions, no longer seen.
It left behind 6 of the fighters.
