The Fae  loomed overhead as the batch, Rex, and Jia climbed out of the hatch. Jia had seen Venators a few times before during the war and in Bracca's junkyard, but to see one in maintenance was pretty impressive, she had to admit.

Assuming positions behind some support structures, they waited until the coast was clear before stealthily moving from one place to another.

"There's not enough cover," Echo noted. "We won't get across the shipyard undetected."

"Not on foot," Hunter specified, observing the passing vehicles. "Move!"

Quickly running towards the nearest video, the group latched on just as it lifted off, one by one. Jia gripped onto the railing as Wrecker groaned beside her.

"He's still not better with heights-?" Rex asked as Wrecker muttered something under his breath.

"This is  him better," Echo clarified.

"I have bypassed the controls," Tech announced. "Hang on!"

The speeder lurched as it climbed upwards towards the surface of the Fae, leaving Jia hanging on for dear life for a brief 4 seconds before she regained footage.

"Tech-?" Hunter hissed. The speeder reached the surface shortly after.

"Now!"  Tech said, flipping a switch. Seconds later Jia felt her body collide painfully with the cold metal surface of the venator, before getting up and following the rest to a hatch. Tech proceeded to plug his datapad into the controls, opening the hatch without much trouble. With that, they were inside.

"Last time I've been inside an operational venator like this, it got sabotaged," Jia quipped.

Noble chuckled. "Yeah, I heard you had a chat with the Jedi Commander."

"It was just for a bit," Jia said defensively. "And it's been a while since it happened."

"I bet you thought he was cute."

"Nah, he's a Jedi for kriff's sake. Jedi aren't cute."

"I've seen cute Jedi," Flash piped in. "Mostly the kids under 15. But Grey's gotta be lucky to have been under General Billaba's command. Because holy kriff-"

"Hey, you gotta admit General Chance looks pretty nice herself," Wrecker interjected.

"Yeah, but still-"

"Hey! Enough about girls," Hunter cut in, making everyone jump. "We got a mission to finish."

"Sir, yes, sir," Wrecker muttered, giving a small salute. Within minutes they entered the bridge, stunning any troopers that were in sight.

Jia lowered her blaster. "All clear."

"Well..." Tech muttered from a console. "That  is unfortunate..."

"Wanna narrow that down-?" Rex asked.

"Energy conduits are offline," Tech reported, furiously working at his datapad. "The only way to retrieve the data is to reroute power, which will most likely signal a security breach."

"Eh, that's a common risk factor," Flash said with a shrug.

"But it's an unwanted  risk factor," Noble pointed out matter of factly.

"How much time will we have-?" Hunter asked.

Tech glanced at his datapad. "Not much."

"Then let's make it quick," Echo said. With that, Tech got to work on the data transfer, instantly lighting up the bridge. Seconds later, klaxons blared, and Jia immediately checked the viewport for incoming troopers.
