"Greetings, Boss Lady!" TAY-0, a rather tall droid stepped out of his racer to meet the group. Kendall could tell someone probably made him out of the same parts as his vehicle, though she didn't mind. He also looked like an earthling's many stereotypical robot models. "Did you enjoy the show? It was impressive, wasn't it? Did you see me out there?""Your ringer is a droid-?" Tech remarked in surprise.
"Oh, I'm sorry. You have a problem with droids, human?" The rather arrogant droid retorted, stepping forward to address him. "You think YOU can make the split-second calculation to win out there? You wanna challenge TAY-0?!"
"I do not have enough information about this sport to determine that at this time-"
"-Then take a seat, spectacled spectator."
Wrecker chortled loudly before slugging Tech in the arm. "Spectacled spectator..."
"I'd challenge you, 3 eyes," Noble piped up smugly, to Kendall's surprise. Noble could race-? That was a first.
"You-?" TAY-0 turned to the female clone before scoffing loudly. "You think you can beat TAY-0?"
"All right, all right, save it for the course," Cid cut in, waving her arms out to end the conversation.
"You don't have to say it, I-I was about to save it for the course," TAY-0 replied before turning his heel. "Excuse me, I can't talk right now; it's about time I prepare for the next race. Which I'm going to win. TAY-0. "
"TAY- out-?" Haja Estree asked behind her. A kid running a scam operation on Daiyu, he was affiliated with an organization called the Hidden Path. He seemed to take a liking to Leda...
"I guess," Leda replied with a shrug. "Or he's just a really arrogant droid who think's he's galaxy famous."
"Maybe he is galaxy famous," Haja mused. "You know, like all those world class racers."
Kendall chuckled softly. The gossip was strong with those two...

TAY-0's garage was about as big as Leda had expected a racer's garage to be. Crates lined the walls, and pit droids accompanying TAY-0 worked on that small pod of a speeder in the center. And all the while Cid and the batch were marveling at the sight.
"Soooo... what's it like, being a Jedi and all?" Haja asked beside her. The 2 of them were sitting in the corner playing cards, with a teal barrel as a table. Apparently Mr. Magnet Hands had everything when it came to entertainment.
"Oh, it'd be great," Leda replied with a chuckle before her expression darkened a bit. "If not for the Empire hunting us down, that is."
"Hey, that's what the Path is here to fight," Haja said before setting down a card. Leda made her move before taking a closer look at the cards.
"Hang on..." Leda squinted. "These cards are rare. They're from my master's home planet."
"Which is-?"
"Earth. A planet somewhere far in Wild Space, I think."
"Oh." Haja examined his cards, which were laid out like a fan. "I know a guy from there. A mercenary. With a crew and all. Axel, his name was. Nice guy."
"I take it he sold you the cards?" Leda quipped.
Haja smirked. "For the right price."
"Which you got from scamming Jedi," Leda jokingly reminded him.
"Hey, at least I have a stable income source," Haja retorted defensively as he put down an Ace. "And besides, it's Daiyu. I can do anything in Daiyu."
