Taking a deep breath Colli preformed as Master Roshi instructed, one of her first lessons was types of yoga that Roshi had used over his many years of life. To her this was completely pointless, but to Roshi it was towards some sort of spirit training.
Of course though she knew he was watching her, her figure was beyond anything these humans had seen. She was 8 feet 8 inches and was very muscular, her body had motherly features but most if not all of her was pure muscle.
She was the prime example of peak female saiyan physic, Gine and Fasha were up there in terms of muscle but to them both being so small Colli would win out with no difficulty. She was strong and everyone knew it, but of course now she was on the lower scale compared to everyone else.
She had been training with Gine ever since she was revived, but it didn't prove to be much help due to Gine's crazy zenkai boosts. Gine was little and fragile even with her superior skills, while Colli was gigantic and durable but she was old class. Both were of similar age, with Colli being older by a few years.
But Colli knew she had to modernize herself, especially since Gine had predicted most of her attacks in battle. Standing straight the saiyan mother took another breath and looked to the old man, with a simple nod she groaned and stretched her limbs out. The cold ocean breeze flowed through her hair somehow relaxing her, the old man was trying to make her more focused and relaxed first.
"You must relax young woman, the strain you have is a burden that you must release.... Moreover, don't think I'm having you do this because you're an attractive woman, all my past students had to take part in this training.... Even if Gine had taken up my offer at first, I would have her do the same as you are now...." Roshi would say before getting into the same pose, clearly though he was a master as he was clearly relaxed.
The two would continue for a few hours with many different poses, and overtime Colli's thoughts began to change over this. Going from inpatient to calm the mother felt her inner demons fade away at the moment, sitting on the ground and crossing her legs Colli closed her eyes as Roshi had told her to.
"This is called meditation which I am sure is strange for you saiyans, always the violent and hyperactive types from what I have witnessed.... But this is crucial for inner wellbeing, focus and mental training.... And if you are to possibly want to continue training on your skills, this will help relieve your stress...." Colli hummed to herself as she began to think about it, if she was to survive in this new culture she'd need to learn everything.
"Perhaps I will.... I can't be the goddess of war if I'm predictable.... If I am to protect my son from all threats, I must learn everything I can...." Colli said calmly with her mind focusing on her goal, she knew that her son was the true legendary super saiyan and could defend himself. But Colli relied on her instincts more than rational thinking, willing to throw herself into battle to protect those she loved.
Her son was her world, the only reason to keep fighting. Of course, she knew his dark habits and mentality, but she'd be lying if she said she wasn't the same. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, as she heard from the humans over the years. Saiyan nature was hard to break for them, although she had not killed a single human so far she had broken a few.
Focusing again on her meditation the saiyan woman relaxed and let her energy flow out, her body enveloping in bright green flames as Roshi watched. The ground under her cracked from the pressure of her energy, impressing the old man despite her low power level.
"How long do I have to hold this for? I'm ok with doing this, but I still would like to get to that martial arts training...." Colli asked as she tried getting into the meditative state, not really understanding what to do besides sitting and closing her eyes.
"You will be in this state for at least twenty minutes, now be calm and focus on whichever you choose. Your body, your breathe, your emotions. All can be focused on, just don't let your mind wander away." Roshi said before sitting down and meditating as well, Colli taking in his words focused on her emotions.
Everything was mixed together in her mind, all in the negatives although she often seemed happy. She was just able to mask her inner rage well, her face twitched as everything ran through. The inner wrath she had for Paragus after what he did to their son, the overwhelming concern for her son, her grandchild, her daughter in law, and Gine. And the fear that she'd be alone again....
Her mind began going back, her death, her precious Broly being born, her legendary awakening, joining the saiyan army, meeting Paragus for the first time, her many gladiator battles, her meeting Gine at a young age, her parents death....
