Part 22: Cell Games early beginning

Cell staring at the glowing figure in the distance would smirk and cross his arms, having a feeling this wasn't going to last long. Almost like he could read her mind Cell knew she wasn't going to keep the energy, and with Goku standing up to get a closer look would flinch as the female celiyan would scream out. A pillar of corrupted energy would shoot upwards into space as she shrunk back down, the saiyan tilting his head with his mind trying to figure out what just happened.

"As expected of my other.... So afraid to obtain perfection.... What's the matter Chondria?... Afraid of harming the worthless humans?..." Cell would shout at a distance as the female android collapsed on her knee, grunting, as she looked into the distance at her smirking other. "There's no need to respond, I already know the truth.... You pathetic creature....

Now then! Son Goku.... Since I know that you would jump at any opportunity to fight me, despite your difference in attitude. I am going to say this once, and you better be listening.... Be ready in a few days, and make sure you watch your television!"

Goku would slowly approach his female companion worried about her, as Cell would flee from the scene she would get to her feet and turn. Facing her back to Goku the android would ignore his approach, keeping her head down as her wings flicked in irritation.

"C-Chondria.... What was that? What were you turning into?" Goku would ask not really paying attention to what Cell said, as he got a few feet away, holding herself and leaning over he could tell she was scared of something. He didn't find Cell that scary appearance wise, the threat he could be did raise concern but that mattered little at the moment.

"Chondria? Are you ok?" Goku would ask again reaching out to her, only for her to fly away in a blur of green. Looking behind him at Colli's collapsed body, Eighteen's shaken self, Sixteen staring at him and Broly slowly getting up he sighed and approached the blonde android. "You aren't going to try and kill me correct, because going by the missing head of the other you aren't fit to fight me...."

Eighteen standing up would growl as she turned to Goku, tears streaming from her face before she threw her fist at him. Catching it Goku knew she was having a moment and did nothing more, his expression would turn soft as she continued breaking down. Behind him, the redheaded android would slowly approach, only to be stopped with Broly grabbing him by the head.

"Unless you want your head to go flying as well, I suggest you stop what you're doing.... Kakarot is mine to destroy!..." The giant said fully recovered, Sixteen looking into the glowing white eyes of the large saiyan slowly nodded.

"I do not fear you saiyan, as fear is something unknown to me.... But our power levels are vastly different, I wouldn't last a second fighting you.... To prolong my mission I will agree to this condition, but I must kill Son Goku eventually...." Sixteen would say as Broly released him, picking his mother's body up Broly glared at Goku for a moment before flying off to take her to Maja.

A few days would pass with no news on Colli's condition, and with the dragon balls turned to stone for the moment he didn't know if she had survived. Goku flying through the mountains would ponder Chondria's reaction to his concern, it seemed out of character for her to ignore him since she was so determent to help him. Wanting to raise the question to her creator Goku was on the approach to Vomi's place, eventually arriving at the house outside South City Goku would see the human through the window.

"Hey Vomi? Do you have a minute?" Goku asked as he entered, of course the human knew he would be coming. Humming to herself she closed the oven and took off her mitts, taking her glasses off and cleaning them the scientist would give him a curious look.

"Of course Goku, I mean there's not much for me to do right now.... I have been trying to get into becoming a teacher for Orange Star High School, not to mention experimenting with food. I'm currently working on making single meals that are far more filling, so Broly, Colli and Maria eat smaller meals but they're far more filling!" Vomi said before she blushed and rubbed her head, "Sorry.... When it comes to science I can't stop talking...."

"Hey that's alright, although I have zero idea what you're talking about.... Anyway Broly probably told you about what happened to Colli, since she's still asleep on your couch...." The saiyan said as he looked at the sleeping gladiator and the pink girl beside her waving at him, Vomi nodding would signal him to continue. "So Chondria taking all the energy out of Colli was.... Growing I think is more appropriate.... But then she ejected the energy.... I want to know if that was intentional...."

".... As I told you before Goku.... Chondria has yet to fully evolve.... She's already perfect due to my understanding of biology surpassing Gero's, in addition to her being mostly saiyan unlike Cell.... I however don't have an answer for you on why she ejected the energy, I might be her creator but I don't decide on what she does...." Going back to her oven and checking her cupcakes Goku nodded in thought, thanking her for the time he was just about to leave when the TV turned on.

"Breaking news, a large insectoid creature has broken into ZTV's studi-!" Vomi, Goku and Broly peeking out the bedroom door would watch as the broadcast was interrupted and Perfect Cell entered the camera from the floor. The large bug man smiling at the camera would chuckle to himself, almost as if he knew they were watching.

"Greetings all worthless humans, barbaric saiyans and the only two batteries on the planet! I am Perfect Cell, now I am sure you all have heard of me attacking all across the planet. From Russia, to America, to your local cities around here in Japan.... But for those who don't recall seeing me, don't worry as you don't need to think for much longer!

Granted, in another timeline I wouldn't be doing this as early as I am.... But I can't help but count my blessings as your foolish guardian had brought two walking nuclear reactors to the planet, all for me to absorb their LIMITLESS energy to achieve my perfection! Pity that I didn't get to humiliate Vegeta this time, but I guess Broly's already broken him enough...." Cell said as he looked to the side, while Vegeta wasn't present all three of them could sense his anger.
