Narrator POV
After Jade had grabbed the treasure she fled back into the cave only to be snatched from behind by two floating arms. Just who is this mysterious figure and why have they targeted Jade?
Third POV
As Jade struggled in the arms that had caught her she was pulled towards the owner of the arms. Once close enough Jade stomps on the foot of her captor, for a slight second the hand on her mouth had released. With this opportunity Jade bites down on the hand and hears a yelp of pain which releases the grip on her completely. Jade takes this chance to move away from her captor. " you little shit!" The dark figure snaps. Jade, without any hesitation launches a counter attack punching the dark figure square in the nose, then grabs his arm and pins it to his back. " who are you? Some rookie pirate?" Jade questioned, " you have a lot of nerve saying that to the future king of the pirates!" The figure snaps back. Jade laughs hysterically " you? King of the pirates?! I'm not even a pirate yet and even I took you down!" Jade continues to laugh " plus that spots reserved for my dad, Red Haired Shanks!" Jade grins feeling proud of her dad. " what?! You know Shanks?! That red haired bafoon owes me a fortune! " the figure rants as Jade drags him out of the shadows. " Tell me little girl, is your dad on this island?" The man with the clown nose asked. Jade smirks " Perhaps he is, perhaps he isn't. Plus why should I tell a guy with a big red nose?" The figure turns his head to look at her " I'M BUGGY THE GREAT PIRATE, YOU WILL SHOW ME SOME RESPECT!" Buggy starts disassembling his body freeing himself from Jade's small but mighty grasp. " you actually might be a challenge! You're a devil fruit user!" Jade grins excitingly. " I ate the Chop Chop fruit which allows me to pull apart my body! No sword can harm me!!" Buggy brags feeling invincible. Jade turns to the treasure and laughs " I bet something in this treasure could make us even." Jade swings the chest open and pulls out a decently sized blue fruit " well look what we have here, it's a devil fruit. I wonder what powers I'll get" grinning Jade scarfs down the fruit in only a couple of bites. Before Jade could react Buggy launches his fist at Jade ramming her through with his dagger. Jade in shock of what just happened takes a moment before realising she isn't in any pain, glancing down she sees the dagger impaled into her stomach with water trickling from the handle. Jade grabs Buggy's hand and pushes it along with the dagger away from her " huh? It's just water, I thought I was bleeding" Jade looks up at Buggy with a menacing glare " with these powers there's no telling what I can do!" Buggy starts to sweat " Do you know what fruit you just ate?! That's the Drop Drop fruit! " Buggy shouts. " huh? Makes sense that it would end up with me. Considering I have the sea goddesses sword waiting for me back on the ship" Jade replied confidently. Just who is this girl? She knows Shanks, she ate the Drop Drop fruit and has the sea goddesses sword! Time to make a getaway before I lose to a little girl. Buggy panics internally searching through his pockets for a smoke bomb. Buggy cries out " BUGGY SMOKE BOMB!" As the area suddenly fills with heavy smoke. " Why did you do that?! We were about to fight! And I was gonna kick your ass!" Jade yells after Buggy angrily. " you coward with a big red nose! " Jade huffed, Buggy became infuriated and screams back " just you wait little girl, you're going to be hunted by the Buggy Pirates for the rest of your life! " Buggy threatens as he flees the cave. " Damn what a loser of a pirate" Jade deadpans
