Hospital visit

Cindy had gone to Matt and Sylvie's place to get Bella some clothes as she offered to look after her while Matt stayed with Sylvie at the hospital.

Sylvie was moved to ICU ward a few days ago Matt had not left her side Bella was with the Herrmann Cindy had done a great job at keeping Bella distracted Sylvie was sleeping a lot due to the pain meds she found she was pregnant and would able to go back work once her stitches were out in a few weeks time.

"Sylvie this is Dr Hannah Cotter you OBGYN she will overseeing your pregnancy from now on the good news is when you were shot three times it didn't damage the baby because of how far back it is I will let Dr Cotter explain the rest" Dr Halstead said

"We need to perform surgery to move the baby forward a bit I looked at the ultrasound and it seems the baby is behind your stomach it was a good thing when you got shot but now we need to move the baby into the right place now unfortunately I can't do this until 20 weeks when the Fetus is bigger otherwise we risk losing the baby" Dr Cotter said

"Oh right I see so what your saying is the rest I didn't know I was pregnant was because the baby was too far back to feel any symptoms"Sylvie said

"Yes it happens but don't worry we will fix it I would do it now and I think it best it's risky but given your line of work" Dr Cotter said

Dr Cotter took Sylvie into surgery it was a successful surgery Dr Cotter careful moved the stomach to the back the baby would grow in the correct position.

When Bella was starting to asked where her Mommy and Daddy had gone Cindy just said they were on hoilday Isabella had been though so much already she didn't need to know her Mom was in hospital.

Sylvie would me discharged in a few weeks she would have to of course announce sue was pregnant but she knew everyone would be pleased for her.

Oh and 51 came to visit Sylvie in the hospital she got lots of get well soon cards.
