⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀THE COLD BREEZE WHIPS around Klaus as he stands on a balcony, gazing down the city he once owned. Elijah appears beside him, as he sighs loudly.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Evening, Elijah." Klaus greeted blankly, eyes stayed at the view of New Orleans.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Niklaus." Elijah replied, same tone as his younger brother. He was finding a perfect way to tell his brother the appalling information he just received.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀There was a brief silence until Klaus spoke "What an entirely unwelcome surprise." He said to Elijah.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"And what an entirely unsurprising welcome." Elijah glanced at Klaus and opened his mouth to speak "Come with me" He ordered.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Niklaus, who finally took his eyes off the city and drifted to his elder brother. He chuckled in distraught and annoyance. "I'm not going anywhere, not until I find out who is conspiring against me." He told Elijah.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"I believe I just found that out for you." A proud smirk came on the hybrid's face.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀If he only knew what they had in stored for him.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Klaus and Elijah arrived at the cemetery. Some witches and Hayley are present.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Sophie had already revealed that Hayley is with a child-whom she bore with Niklaus.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀An expression of anger and disbelief crossed his face "No. It's impossible."

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"I said the same thing myself." Elijah stated, standing beside his brother.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"This is a lie. You are all lying. Vampires cannot procreate." Klaus took a step forward, Elijah watched him attentively.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"But werewolves can. Magic made you a vampire, but you were born a werewolf. You're the Original hybrid, the first of your kind. And this pregnancy is one of nature's loopholes." Sophie explained, collectedly crossing her arms over her chest.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Klaus' eyes snapped toward Hayley, ignoring Sophie's explanation. "You've been with someone else, admit it!" He accused harshly, making both girls flinch slightly.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Mouth gapped, atheism distinct on Hayley's features. "Hey, I've spent days held captive in a freaking alligator bayou because they think that I'm carrying some magical miracle baby. Don't you think I would've fessed up if it wasn't yours?" She defended herself

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Sophie thought that it was time to cut the tension and speak. "My sister gave her life to perform the spell she needed to confirm this pregnancy. Because of Jane-Anne's sacrifice, the lives of this girl and her baby are now controlled by us. We can keep them save. Or we can kill them. If you don't help us take down Marcel, so help me, Hayley won't live long enough to see her first maternity dress."

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Hayley's eyes dilated from what she just heard "Wait, what?"

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀At this point, Elijah was enraged at the thought of Marcel killing Hayley, especially for the reason that she is pregnant. "Enough of this! If you want Marcel dead, he's dead. I'll do it myself." He was about to walk away but Sophie stopped him as she spoke.
