POV Chan

We drifted to sleep fast.

The next morning I woke up to the messages coming from Binnie about the plans for the next week as they wanted to organise some trip out at the weekend to Jeju Island. It seemed to be a good idea as all of us needed some rest and Felix had soon a dance exam he had to pass. I wanted him to not stress out.

I brought some food from the shop making some morning breakfast for him as he was still asleep.

I reserved a restaurant in the evening and a SPA for us to relax a little.

The messages were coming from that bitch but I deleted them all blocking the number again. I had to change it for a new one after all.

-Good morning Channie.

I heard a deep morning voice of Felix coming inside the kitchen.

He slipped on the counter smiling at the view of me cooking for him.

-Morning, baby. Hungry?

And he softly nodded.

We started eating and I told him about the date plans and he was satisfied to hear I planned something for him.

He had to finish the food fast and run on additional class for dancing and I got him a lift.

-See u at 6 p.m. Lixie.

I kissed him and he ran to the building.

I saw the incoming call from mother. I didn't answer in the past but now I decided to do it for once.

-Hi, mom.

-Hi, Chan how are u? I am worried about u, can we meet?

I signed looking at the busy road in front of me.

-I am not ready now. I need more time.

-U can't ignore us forever.

-Dad I can for sure.

-U know he wants the best even he was so bad to u. I hope u will forgive him once.

-I can't answer that question.

-Hannah is missing u.

-I will call her for sure.

-Are u with him? Dating?

I gasped and parked the car near the mall.

-Yes mother, I am happy finally can we close it once.

She just signed as perhaps she didn't agree to this at all but had no other choice.

-We have a big company meeting and I wanted to show u to investors, they have to see u once in a while, will u be able to come this year at least?

-I will think about that mother.

-I will set u the details. It will be in Seoul this week on Tuesday.

-In 2 days?

-Yes, I will be waiting.

-I don't promise. I have to go now.

I ended the call getting out of the car, I sat on the top of the hood and took the cigarette out to have a smoke.

I inhaled the fog running inside to calm me down.

I prayed not to be a part of this family but I had no other choice and it made me so angry, no choice as no way in the future. I had taken the second one. Throwing my head on the back trying to relax and my head was stretching from the one side to the other one. It felt so heavy.
