Holly and Michelle were walking home from the park when they saw a homeless man digging through a trash can for food. Holly felt a pang of sympathy for the man and decided to do something kind for him. She approached the man and asked what he would like to eat, her treat. The man was touched by Holly's kindness and asked for just a hamburger. Holly went to a nearby fast-food restaurant and brought back a whole meal for the homeless man. Michelle, wanting to be kind like Holly, brought the man an ice cream sundae. However, when the man informed Michelle that he had a deathly peanut allergy, she became outraged and snatched the man's meal away, throwing it on the ground and stomping on it. Holly was shocked by Michelle's behavior and tried to reason with her. However, Michelle was convinced that the homeless man was ungrateful and deserved nothing. Holly wanted to stay and comfort the man, but Michelle was her ride home, and she didn't want to be left behind. As they drove away, Holly couldn't help but stare at the sad man eating the street food. She felt ashamed of Michelle's behavior and wished she had done more for the man.

Holly was a runner, and she loved to run. She loved the feeling of the wind in her hair and the rush of adrenaline that came with it. She would run with her friends, her family, and anyone who would join her. But one day, something strange happened. She was running so fast that she lost track of everyone else. She turned around and saw that she was alone. She was scared and didn't know what to do. So she sat down and wrapped her arms around her knees. Suddenly, she heard a voice. It was her friend Josh, who had always been there for her. He encouraged her to keep going and not give up. Holly looked up and saw Josh standing there with his hand extended to help her up. But when Holly reached for his hand, she went right through it. She stood up, confused and disoriented. She looked around, but Josh was nowhere to be seen. Despite the strange experience, Holly took Josh's words to heart. She knew that he was still with her in spirit, even if she couldn't see him. She continued to run, and every time she felt like giving up, she heard Josh's voice encouraging her to keep going.
