While Jennie was chatting to Bambam, Solar glared at Moonbyul. Wasn't he the clingy friend from the airport? What was he doing here? Was he a stalker?

She noticed the way he was looking at Bambam and sensed a bit of jealousy.

Moonbyul realized Solar was glaring at him and swiftly turned away, trying to avoid suspicion, but Solar quickly followed him out to the corridor.

"Didn't we meet at the airport earlier?" she asked with suspicion.

Moonbyul turned and smiled at the woman, "Oh yes! Solar, right?"

Solar nodded.

"I just so happened to get this temporary gig. I was surprised to see you and Jennie here," Moonbyul chuckled.

However, Solar remained serious, "Is it really such a coincidence?"

"Of course," Moonbyul defended.

At that moment, Moonbyul's manager called out, "Hey, hurry in and grab the next tray of food. The guests are getting impatient."

"Sorry, I have to go," Moonbyul apologized as he disappeared into the kitchen. But, Solar remained wary.

As Moonbyul collected the next tray of food from the kitchen, one of his workmates nudged him and said cheekily, "Were you trying to pick up one of the guests?"

"No, she was just asking for directions," Moonbyul lied.

"Well, you were talking to Solar Kim. She's the secretary of Kim Jihoon, Chairman of KIM Corporation. Rumor has it, she's not into men," the workmate winked.

Moonbyul looked at the man in surprise, "Is there any proof?" He was a man of logic.

"No one's ever seen her with a man before," the workmate replied. "And between you and I, I saw her kissing a woman at a previous event," he whispered.

Moonbyul raised an eyebrow in surprise.

...

Out in the hall, Jennie had just finished talking to Bambam when Solar returned to her side.

As soon as she saw Solar, Jennie grabbed her hand and said, "Let's go look at the auction items."

Solar smiled. Jennie wasn't just her Boss' daughter, they had grown up together and were really good friends. In fact, Solar got her job because Jennie recommended her to her father.

"Oh look at that!" Solar exclaimed as she dragged Jennie over to a glass cabinet. Sitting inside was an elegant ruby and diamond necklace. She grabbed the credit card that Father Kim had given her and waved it in front of Jennie. "Let's bid on it tomorrow," she said cheekily.

Jennie laughed, "You know I don't spend my father's money."

"But it's for charity. Plus, if you don't like it...you could always give it to me..." Solar laughed as she shook Jennie's arm affectionately.

Jennie poked Solar on the nose playfully, "If you want it, then bid on it with your own money."

"Come on, you know I could never afford that," Solar pouted again.

Jennie looked at the necklace in detail. It was indeed beautiful. But...it was nothing compared to the bracelet on her wrist. Jennie glanced down at the handmade bracelet. It had many imperfections, but that was what made it unique.

Jennie turned the little heart pendant in her hand and noticed the odd dotted texture on the back. She could imagine Lisa staying up all night, carefully knocking the metal into shape. It was the most thoughtful thing anyone had ever given her and was worth much more than some meaningless necklace in a glass cabinet.

But, while she was thinking about Lisa, a few pairs of eyes fell on her: Solar looked at her in confusion, Moonbyul looked at her with suspicion, Bambam looked at her with curiosity, and...in a hidden corner, Thomas Sun looked at her with interest...

"That bracelet looks interesting, where did you get it from?" Solar asked.

Jennie smiled, "A very special person gave it to me."

...

Over in Thailand, the atmosphere was a little awkward in the quiet countryside home. The three Interpol agents were sitting around the dining table having lunch. Minnie was looking at Mi-yeon lovingly, while Mi-yeon looked at Lisa with frustration.

Last night, after Lisa kicked Mi-yeon out of bed, she subsequently climbed into Minnie's and the two of them got quite intimate. Minnie naturally thought that she had no feelings for Lisa anymore and had chosen him, but he had no idea that he was just a consolation prize after Lisa rejected the woman harshly.

"Agent Martin's returned to the headquarters. He will return to pick you up as soon as you are needed for the trial. Once the trial is over, you don't need to stay here anymore," Minnie explained, breaking the silence.

Agent Martin was the man that drove Lisa to the safe house.

Lisa ate a spoonful of the pie in front of him and sighed. He didn't want to spend another day in this place, but he had no choice but to wait for Agent Martin's return. So, after he finished eating, he walked out to the vineyard to see if he could help. He needed to do something to pass the time, or he was going crazy
