After having dinner alone, Jennie headed over to the bar to meet Bambam. They were meeting in a classy whiskey bar where smooth jazz was playing and everyone was dressed in suits and c.o.c.ktail dresses. It was far from the kind of bar that Jennie once worked at. But, of course, she wasn't mentioning this to Bambam.

As soon as she walked into the bar, she saw Bambam sitting on one of the barstools, talking to the bartender. Since he was the owner of the casino, the staff naturally knew who he was and was surprised to see him at the bar. Especially the girls.

Bambam was actually quite a homebody. He often finished work and went straight home. So, it was rare to see him at the bar.

In fact, many of the female night staff around the casino had never seen him before, even though they had heard how good looking and charming he was. So, they were really excited.

"That's the CEO of this casino? He looks younger than I imagined."

"I heard he was good looking, but I thought everyone was just exaggerating, so I looked him up online and fell in love. I can't believe he's even better looking in real life!"

Jennie walked over to the man and sat down beside him.

"I'm glad you came," Bambam smiled. "What would you like to drink?"

Jennie turned to the bartender and ordered a gin and tonic.

"I'm honestly sorry for yesterday, I hope we can still be friends," Bambam apologized as he paid for Jennie's drink.

"It's fine. It was all a misunderstanding," Jennie replied.

At that moment, Bambam noticed Jennie wasn't wearing her bracelet. "Why aren't you wearing your bracelet today? Did you get into an argument?" he asked.

Jennie shook her head, "It's complicated."

Bambam took a sip of his wine and looked at Jennie with blushed cheeks.

"Do you drink often?" Jennie asked curiously.

"No, I usually spend my time between work and home, and even when I'm at home, I'm usually working still, so I don't really get the chance to drink," Bambam replied.

"Don't you ever go on dates or hang out with friends?" Jennie questioned.

"No, I don't have time," Bambam smiled gently. "Perhaps, you could say that I love this casino so much that I haven't found anything else that I'd much rather spend my time on."

Bambam stared at Jennie and tucked a loose hair behind her ear.

"You are the only exception," he whispered under his breath as he took another sip of his wine.

Jennie didn't hear this whisper over the noises in the bar, so she continued casually with the conversation, "If someone was to help you out with the casino and lighten your load, would it give you more time to socialize?"
