Everett and Carol smiled at Lalisa and sat down.

"Lalisa, Everett told me you lost your memory," Rawson said, pretending to sound worried. "Do you remember me, brother?"

Lalisa shook his head. He had a feeling this man had something sly planned. When did he ever speak to him so affectionately

"We met about 12 years ago in Daejeon. At that time, you told me you were homeless with no friends nor family. So, I took you in and treated you like my own brother. For four years, we were practically inseperable, until I was framed for a crime and was thrown into prison for 7 years. The entire time I was there, I was so worried about you that when I was released, I tried to look for you. I ended up hearing that you joined the gangs in Thailand and returned to Seoul as an arms dealer. I was so happy to hear that you were doing well, so I didn't try to get in contact, but then I ended up seeing you here," Rawson explained.

"Who would have thought that you were actually the son of casino tycoon, Lisa Manoban!" the man gasped.

A/N: Lisa and Lisa's father have the same name so Lisa's Lalisa father i hope you all understand.

Lalisa tried not to roll his eyes. This man made it sound like he had saved him off the streets and treated him like his brother. But, Lalisa remembered clearly that the man had merely exploited him because of his situation. Just like he did with many other homeless teens.

Above all, he was never 'framed for a crime'. Lalisa was there when the man committed fraud and tried to print fake money. He was also the one that gathered critical evidence against him and put him in prison. He deserved to be there for 7 years. In fact, he should have been sentenced to more if the legal system wasn't flawed.

"Since fate brought us together again, I would like to discuss some business with you," the old man grinned.

Lalisa sighed on the inside. The look in the man's eyes told him he was doing something illegal. This man didn't know what was good for him. Didn't 7 years teach him anything?

"You must still have connections in Thailand and Seoul. I run a junket business here in Incheon. If you would like to work with me, we can get them to visit the casino and Everett will be able to set them up with a good deal. Once they're here, we could assist them with any 'money issues' they may have," the man said suggestively.

In other words, he was referring to money laundering. Jennie was right about Everett and Carol.

Everett and Carol smiled slyly at Lalisa, while Lalisa glanced at Mi-yeon.

Mi-yeon had no idea what was happening since she didn't understand the language, but she could sense that something was wrong.

It seemed, Everett wasn't interested in Lalisa's return because he wanted to kill him. He was interested because he saw dollar signs and wanted to do business with him. These people were much too greedy.

Did they know who they were talking to?

Lalisa wasn't just the son of casino tycoon, Lisa Manoban. He was also the biggest shareholder in the casino!

The casino actually belonged to the family of Lalisa's mother. Her parents owned the casino and they passed it down to her since she was an only child. But, they also gave some shares as gifts to a few other family members when they passed away. Lalisa's mother held 30% and gave Lalisa's father 20% when they got married. The remaining 50% was split between her parent's 5 siblings. At that time, Lalisa wasn't born yet and Lalisa's father hadn't cheated on his mother, so his mother completely trusted her husband. Who knew how wrong she was?

A little while after their death, Lalisa's father bought 10% from an uncle who was terminally ill and 10% from an auntie who needed the money, boosting his share to 40%. He thought this would make him the majority shareholder, but he had no idea that two of Lalisa's grandaunts gave their combined 20% of shares to Lalisa when he was born and Lalisa's mother put that amount into an offshore trust fund for Lalisa. This trust fund was hard to trace; no one knew that it belonged to Lalisa. Plus, the aunts agreed to keep it a secret for him. Thus, Lisa Manoban simply thought that Lalisa inherited 30% from his mother, when in actual fact, he held 50%!

So, even if Lalisa wasn't an Interpol agent, he wouldn't sit idly by as these people ran illegal operations on his turf.

But...for now...he was going to play along. One had to loosen their line to catch a big fish!

In the end, Lalisa turned to Mi-yeon and discussed the situation with her in Thai and she pretended to be interested.

He then turned back to the three greedy fools and said, "I think this may be something that will benefit all of us. Since I lost my memory, Mi-yeon will have to assist me in contacting people. She just told me about a man in Thailand who may be interested."

Rawson took a sip of hot tea and smiled at the young couple. "That's great," he said. "I'll get one of our men to contact him. What's his name and what does he do?"

"His name is Minnie. He's a drug trafficker," Lalisa replied.

Mi-yeon heard Minnie's name and her lips curved upwards slightly.
