Cody noticed that Noah had been more stressed then usual. His patience was at an all time low, he was having anger outbursts and Cody swore he could hear Noah crying through the door of their bedroom.

Noah has never been good about being in tune with his emotions and is even worse about talking to someone about it. Cody decided that Noah needed a break and decided to take him stargazing.

There is a spot up by the mountains that no one really knew about except for Cody. He had already gone up there earlier to set everything up and was now on his way back home. He pulled into the driveway and walked into the house.

"Noah, I'm home!" Cody called out, getting no reply back. Cody stayed quiet and walked over to the bedroom door and stood by it. Cody knocked on it, already knowing what was happening behind the door, "Noah? Can I come in?"

Noah cleared his throat, trying to cover up the crankiness in is voice, "U-h yeah." Cody slowly opened the door to see Noah turned the other way, making his way to the bathroom. He turned on the faucet and splashed a little water on his face.

Cody walked over to him and put a hand on his back, "Everything okay?" Noah nodded and cleared his throat once again

"Yeah, I'm fine just a little tired." Cody knew that was a lie but didn't want to push it and make Noah shut down even more.

"Can I take you somewhere?"

Noah furrowed his eyebrows, looking at the clock and back at Cody. "It's already 9:15 though."

Cody smiled and led Noah out to the living room by his hand. "I know! And if you don't want to stay then we can leave but please just let me take you." Cody was giving Noah puppy eyes with his hands together in prayer.

Noah slightly smiled and gently pushed Cody away, "Okay, okay fine." Cody immediately smiled and put his shoes back on and grabbed the car keys. Noah put his shoes on and followed Cody out to the car, getting in the passenger side.

On the way up the mountain, they sat in comfortable silence until Noah spoke up. "Cody where are we going? Why are we in the mountains?"

"You'll see, we're almost there," Cody said, pulling as far as he could before stopping the car and turning it off. He got out of the car, Noah following and began to walk through the bushes. Noah followed Cody the whole time until they made it.

It was a cliff side view of their town, but what caught Noah's attention is the amount of stars that were in the sky. Cody had set out a few towels, 2 pillows and a blanket for them.

Cody looked back at Noah, whose eyes were filled with shock and confusion. "Cody, what is all of this?"

Cody sat down, patting the spot next to him. As Noah walked over and sat down, Cody answered him, "Well, I've noticed you've been.. stressed. Your patience has been lower than usual, you've been having outburst and I've heard you crying a few times. I just wanted you to have time to just relax and be worry free for a while."

Noah sighed and laid back on the blanket. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. Cody laid down next to him and took his hand in his own. Cody softly rubbed it, "It's okay, you don't have to say anything if you don't want to but just know that I'm always here for you."

Noah nodded and looked up at the stars. He wanted so bad to tell Cody what was bothering him but for some reason he couldn't. Every time he tried to speak about it, it was like his throat clogged up.

After taking a few deep breaths, Noah was finally able to get a words out, "I just-" He stopped again groaning.

Cody brought his hand up to his mouth and kissed it. "It's okay Noah, take your time." Cody wasn't a patient person, but for Noah he could be. He understood how it felt not to be able to talk about feelings for a very long time.

After another minute of silence, Noah spoke up again, "Am I enough for you? Like, do I please you enough and show you enough love?"

Cody was slightly startled by Noah's words. "Of course you're enough. And yes you show me enough love." Cody flipped on his side towards Noah who was still looking at the stars, "What makes you say that?"

"I just- you do so much for me and put in so much effort and I feel like I'm doing nothing." Water in Noah's eyes began to form, but he coughed it off, trying everything he could to not cry.

"Hey, look at me," Cody said, turning Noah's face towards him. He saw the tears run down Noah's face and wiped them away. "Oh Noah.. It's okay. Don't ever think for a second that you don't do anything. Everyone has their own way of showing love and you do it more than enough." Cody moved closer to Noah and wrapped his arms around him.

Noah put his hand on Cody's arm. They sat in comfortable silence for a while, enjoying the quiet breeze, the stars and each other.
