Noah and Cody stayed out later than they thought. Well, more like Noah got drunk and Cody had to babysit him. It was extremely rare for either one of them to get drunk, but they had a promise to stay with each other at all time when one of them would drink. They decided to go to a bar last night and Noah somehow ended up drunk.

When Noah woke up, he was greeted with a headache and his body sprawled out on the bed. He very slowly opened his eyes and was met with a dark room. The blinds were shut and any place where light could get in was covered. Noah sat up and rubbed his face, looking around to see if Cody was in the room. He got up, instantly feeling the soreness of his body in multiple parts go his body.

When he got to the kitchen, he saw Cody sitting at the kitchen tables with one airpod in. Cody looked up and took it out, "Well good morning," he said, walking over to him and wrapping his arms around him. Noah hugged him back and rested his chin on top of Cody's head.

"Good morning." Noah pulled away and looked at the clock that read 10:32 am. "What even happened last night?"

"Well-," Cody started, "We decided to go out last night, anddd somehow you ended up with alcohol in your hands and drank. A lot." Cody laughed at the face Noah made after saying that. "You didn't do anything stupid out in public, don't worry. You were just.. very.. drunk."

Noah groaned and covered his face with his hands, "I need coffee."

"About that.." Cody scratched the back of his neck. "You sorta- got rid of it?" Noah looked at Cody in confusion.

"Why would I do that?"

"You were going on a rant about things you don't like more than me and when it came to the coffee, you put all of it in a bag and threw it off the balcony.." Cody said, trying to hold in a laugh. Noah did in fact throw the coffee off the balcony of the apartment. He went out on the deck and looked over the edge, seeing the bag on the floor. When he walked back inside, his face was red with embarrassment.

"Oh my God," is all Noah said, sitting on the couch.

"There is that coffee shop that's like 5 minutes away though. I can drive us there."

Noah stood back up and started walking towards their room, "Yes please. I just need to change."

When Noah came back out, they walked to the car together and drove off. Noah had his eyes closed the entire time and was leaning his head back on the car seat. He hadn't been drunk like this in a long time and now he remembered why. The feeling of a hangover killed him and he hated every second of it.

Cody pulled into the parking spot and both boys got out and walked inside. Luckily, there were only a few people inside and the music was calm. They ordered their coffees and sat down to wait for them. Cody pulled out a bag with 3 small pills in it. He slid the bag over to Noah, "Here take these after you drink your coffee."

"What is it?" Noah said, taking the bag and tucking it away so people wouldn't be suspicious.

"It's just Advil, the kind for migraine."

Noah's heart fluttered a bit. He loved how Cody was trying to take care of him and help him out. "Thank you," he said, giving Cody a kiss on the cheek.

Shortly after, the young woman came out with their coffees and set them down in front of them, "Can I get anything else for you today?" she asked with a smile.

"Nope! That will be all, thank you," Cody responded, picking up the coffee and blowing on it. Noah did the same and sighed dramatically after he drank the first sip. Cody laughed, "What are you sighing like that for?"

"Please, never, EVER, let me get ahold of alcohol again."

Cody smiled taking another sip of coffee, "Oh don't worry, I won't."
