Sam's POV

I got home and I was dreading it so much. I knew Katrina was there with her friends so I would have to look after them since their probably doing random shit that I am responsible for. This is why my friends can't come over they've all complained about it but Katrinas here.
They all know her as "the sweet innocent loving" girl but I've seen different. I still love her she's so pretty and has a really kind personality at times. I unlocked the door and an uneasy feeling washed over me.
Her friends Stas and Jade were sitting on the couch with her. Katrina stared me down like I didn't do something. "Sam you didn't run my bath right it was fucking cold" she said standing up but she didn't do anything? Her friends were staring at me like they were concerned? "Oh you gonna get it soon." She whispered into my ear it send chills down my spine.
"Um...Stas Jade Kat? Do you guys want anything?" I said trying not to stutter "No thank you Sam!" Stas and Jade said in sweet voices. It felt weird not being spoken to in a angry voice. "No I don't want anything." Katrina said coldly I nodded taking it as a sign to leave and go upstairs to my room.
I shut the door because I'm not allowed to lock it or I'm gonna get in trouble probaly kicked out for 2 days. I spend them 2 days in an allyway so none of my friends can find me. I sat on my phone until I got a text from Colby.

I smiled at the message. Katrina soon came up and looked angry. I put my phone down and her eyes shot to it. Her eyes made her way to mine then the phone I was in a state of panic she could see. She snatched the phone from me and started going through it.
The more she went through it the more angrier she grew. "WHY THE FUCK DOES COLBY HAVE A HEART NEXT TO HIS NAME?!" She screamed, I flinched at the shouting. "SO NOW YOUR CHEATING ON ME?! WOW SAM YOUR SUCH A GREAT BOYFRIEND!" She lectured. "N-no K-Kat I-I promise..." I stuttered out of fear.
She walked over to me and I threw my hands in front of my face. She started punching me and kicking me. It felt like forever when she stopped. "I'm going out and I want this whole house CLEAN. Or they'll be consequences Samuel." She demanded stopping downstairs.
I heard the door slam and I flinched at the noise. I struggled to stand up and made my to the bathroom I gasped at the look of me. My face was bruised a lot there was like 7 bruises on my face,I then lifted my shirt up and that has a purple bruise on the side then other around.
No wonder it hurt to walk I thought I just did know how I was going to hide this at school tomorrow. I know how to cover my face I'll just buy some concealer I look pale anyway.
I'll do that later though because I need to clean the house. I stumbled downstairs due to the pain it hurt like a bitch.
I was cleaning the kitchen when I felt something dripping down my stomach I looked and blood was running down my stomach. I sighed annoyed and bandaged it up. I sat on the floor of my bathroom and broke down.
After a few minutes I got up and continued cleaning the kitchen.

Colby's POV

I was walking to Sam's house but the closer I got the more werid it felt. The aura was so unusual and it didn't feel right. I ignored it and kept walking I soon got to his door and opened it since it was unlocked.
Sam turned around and looked worried or something? "Hey Sam" I said smiling I saw him flinch slightly at the sound of my voice but I thought it was nothing.
"Hey Colby!" He said smiling that almost looked fake. I rubbed it off telling myself he was just tired. I walked over to him and he was limping slightly this got my concerned. "Are you okay?" I asked him he nodded while cleaning the dishes.
"Sammmmm leave itttttt let's go hang out I'm boredddd" I complained to him. "Colby let me finish the housework...please..." he said in some sort of a pleasing manor like he HAD to get this done or he'll die.
I sat there and just watched him and he almost tripped over I caught him before he could hit the floor. "Woah man are you okay?" I asked "yeah I'm fine" he said.
"Yo while your doing that can I look around?" I asked I saw Sam nod so I went on my little adventure.
Downstairs was normal the front room and kitchen was connected. The kitchen had Marble flooring and counters the cupboards being white. Then I made my way upstairs and the aura was so different.
Downstairs felt like heaven upstairs felt like hell. It wasn't a mess but it had this werid aura to it that concerned me A LOT. I went into Sam's room and it wasn't the comfort that I remember he had. I've always found comfort in Sam's room but there was none not even a little bit.
His room was a basic room there was barely anything in it. Just a bed and his pc setup he has a bathroom that connects to his room but that's it. I went into Katrina room and my mouth fell open. She had a bed that was like the queens bed it looked so royal her whole room did. She had red carpets and everything was set out so neatly.
Compared to Sam's bedroom this one looked cool but something had definitely been going on. Sam's not normally THAT plain with his room. I started overthinking on everything that could've been happening but then thought it was a little stupid so I ignored my thought.
I went downstairs and Sam was cooking something of course he was I laughed to myself. "Hey Sammmm watcha cooking?" I asked looking over him "Just some dinner are you staying for dinner?" He asked turning around. "Yeah sure why not" I said he looked panicked but relieved at the same time.

Sam's POV:

When Colby was upstairs I almost fainted again but I held onto the counter for balance. Colby was staying for dinner which I haven't told Katrina that's bad but the good thing is that she can hurt me because Colby's here!
Dinner was almost done and Katrina wasn't here yet. She said she would be home earlier today since she didn't feel like being out for to long. I know that I'm not being my normal happy self and that's what I'm known for and it's pissing me off.
If I don't fix up everyone's gonna start worrying about me which that'll suck because I hate that. "COLBYYYYYY" I shouted he ran downstairs "SAMMMMM" he screamed I flinched a little but he didn't see. "So I was thinking do you wanna film a video on Saturday? We haven't done one for ages and I also just wanna hang out? I mean it's okay if you don't want to-" Colby cut me off "shhh of course I do" he said smiling.
Around 6:45pm I heard to door open and I stood up by the door. Kat walked in and I took off her jacket,took her shoes off, and kissed her. "Sammm you didn't tell me Colby was coming" she said looking at Colby "Yeah sorry Love he um came and I forgot to tell you" I said trying not to stutter.
"Well baby is dinner ready?" She asked sitting down next to Colby. "Yeah it is do you want it now?" I asked smiling "Yeah I'm quite hungry I haven't ate all day" she said. "Colby do you want yours now?" I asked "Sure why not?" He said.
I started dishing up their dinner while I heard them laughing and talking. This confused me because didn't Kat fucking bruise me about having a heart next to Colby's name? Now she's laughing with him?
My stomach didn't hurt that much anymore but the bruise was still there thankfully I put concealer on before Colby came or that would be so much explaining.
I gave them their food then went to go upstairs but Colby grabbed my arm. "Sit your arse down and eat." He demanded "Colby...I'm not hungry I swear and It's sweet you careeee" I joked. He just rolled his eyes. "And plus how about you catch up with Katrina? You guys haven't seen each other for ages" I suggested and made a run for my room.
I flopped on my bed and stared at the ceiling and started overthinking...
