Chapter 9

Kasalukuyang nasa videocall si Regina with Cali and Crof, when Jude suddenly appear on the screen waving his hand and smiles widely.

'Hi Pogi!, the couple exclaims.

The kid gave his sweetest smile and eventually sit on Regina's lap. They were talking nonstop when Xandra also appear on the screen and says 'Hi'. Agad din naman itong nag-paalam matapos halikan sa ulo ang bata.

Crof and Cali eyeing Regina while she smiling widely and tickling Jude's tummy that made him giggles.

'You really enjoyed being with them', Crof says that made Regina's head turn.

'Yeah', she smile. 'They were the ones who helped me heal during the process of moving on, lalo na itong baby ko na 'to. Iba talaga yung fulfillment eh.

'Do you still have plans going home?, Cali asks.

'Huy oo naman. Diko lang talaga maiwan 'to eh', turo sa bata. 'Hindi kasi 'to mapatigil ni Xandra kapag nag-simula ng ngumawa, masyadong habol eh.

'Nga pala Gi, we're opening a new branch of Lianna's, Crof says.

'Uy congrats! You really did a great job. On process na ba?, nakangiti niyang saad.

'Sort of. Interiors na lang then pwede na i-open for the next few months. You should go home by then', Cali says.

'Pasensya ka na hindi ka na namin nainform about it. Sobrang eager nung bago nating business partner eh tsaka gusto ka kasi namin din i-surprise', Crof added.

'Ano ka ba Crof wala yon. When i decide na maging co-owner kayo ng resto kasabay na doon ang laya na mag-karoon kayo ng say sa lahat ng mga magiging desisyon sa future ng Lianna's. Hindi niyo kailangang ipaalam sa akin lahat kasi i trusted you both so much.

'Bat naman nag-papaiyak Gi?, Cali says na teary eye pa.

'Ang arte mo! Hindi bagay Calibear', she laughed.

They were laughing in unison until Regina speak again.

'Do you have any news about her Cal?

Cali sigh in defeat and start giving kwento's to Regina.

When Regina flew to Dubai kasama sa naging desisyon niya ay ang tuluyang putulin ang ugnayan niya sa pamilya ni Narda upang mas maging mas mabilis ang proseso ng healing niya. But at some moment she start asking Cali about her when she saw Narda one time outside the hotel with Xandra and Jude.

Flashbacks,

Regina and Xandra plan to stay for a day sa isang hotel sa Dubai. She was laughing so hard walking outside when she feel that there were eyes looking at her. She spot someone few blocks away, smiling. The smile that always captivates her heart. Lalapit sana ito sa kanya when suddenly Xandra appears and kissed her cheeks, Jude was also spreading his arms at ninanais na lumapit sa kanya that made her eyes divert to him.

'Babe bat habol na habol sayo 'to eh ako naman nanganak diyan', nakasimangot na tanong nito.

She get Jude and the kid automatically linked his arms around her neck. She immediately turn her gaze again to look for Narda.

'Sinong hinahanap mo?, Xandra asks.

'I think i saw Narda a while ago', she whisper habang lumilinga sa paligid.

'Saan?, Xandra exclaims. 'Shet ipakilala mo ko Regi.

'Nawala nga bigla eh', habang patuloy na iniikot ang mata sa paligid.
