CHAPTER - 22

"Hey, did you fight the dog?" Brick's

subordinate, who happened to be

passing by, raised his voice in shock,

seeing Brick's condition.

"Silence, Day will listen." Brick

immediately scolded his subordinate.

"So P'Brick thinks Hia Day won't see his

face?" The subordinate asked back

"He'll see, but you want to be the one to

say it yourself, making noise to let him

know," Brick pretended to kick Boy.

who jumped in away.

"Who made it? Tell me, I'll get it for

you," Boy said in a warm voice.

"Before I take you to the person. Don't

run when you see your Uncle Any's

house dog, joked Brick, and the Bay

immediately made a creepy face.

"Don't compare. The bastard is really

brutal as his name. The dog didn't

listen to our requests, "replied Boy,

making Brick laugh because at least

he stopped to talk to his subordinate.

"Oh, don't tell Mom and Dad, I don't

want them to worry" murmured Brick

in a sincere voice, before stopping at

Day's office door and taking a deep

breath, then Brick opened the door.

"Day, the food has arrived," said Brick

with a smiling expression on his face,

but his heart fluttered hard. Day

looked up from the papers on the table

and looked into Brick's face before

slowly frowning, causing Brick to

unconsciously hold his breath. From

a smooth and steady expression, Day

made a frown on his face.

"Well..." Brick was about to explain, but

his mouth was speechless.

"What happened?" A cold voice rang

out, as Day got up from his desk, and

immediately walked towards Brick,

who is still standing motionless in

front of the door.

"I asked what happened?" Day asked

again, his voice fierce, making Brick

startle a little.

"Day, don't be mad at me. I'll tell you

what happened. Sit down first." Brick

quickly grabbed his lover's arm to

allow him to sit down on the couch.

"You're the one who should sit down."

Day ordered in a low voice.
