"Day, put it on slowly" Brick's voice

rang out.

"You don't have to be so tense." Day

replied.

"It hurts." Brick's voice groaned back.

"Hey, what are you two doing? You

can do this at home?" Nick's groans

and teasing sounded in front of the

bathroom door in the recovery room.

Today, Brick will be able to go home.

so Neil and Nick have come to collect

and help carry things back because of

so many gifts people bring when they

come to visit Brick.

"You're crazy, I'm asking Day to help

me put my shirt on." Brick yelled back

because Brick still couldn't lift the arm

that was shot. Day had to come in and

help with his shirt, but Brick stiffened

his arm in fear of the pain.

"Haha, I thought you two are having

sex. Hey, hurry up. Neil and I got

everything ready. "Nick replied. Day

then helped Brick into his shirt, and

then they left the bathroom when they

were done. Neil and Nick are sitting

and waiting.

"Then hurry up," Brick urged when he

saw that everything was piled up on

the table. "You want to go home early.

don't you?" Nick asked with a smile.

"Brick, we'll get things in the car first.

Then we'll see the doctor together."

Day talks to Brick because Dr. Ruangrit

made an appointment to discuss his

PTSD symptoms before returning

home.

"Okay," Brick replied before gently

helping to carry things out of the

recovery room and down to the

parking lot. Neil and Nick said they

would be waiting in the cafeteria

across the street while Brick consulted

with the doctor. Day and Brick walked

to separate buildings.

"Does it hurt?" Day asked worriedly,

Brick shook his head.

"Not really," Brick answered truthfully.

The doctor has already told Day how

to exercise his arm. As he walked.

they passed the nursery room. Brick

stopped and appeared motionless,

causing Day, who had already taken

the lead, to look back.
