Day arrived to talk to Nan about the car and general matters for a long time until the sky darkened. His phone rang so he picked up and answered when he saw it was Brick's number. What's up?" Day answered "Where are you? Why didn't you come back?") Brick's murky voice rang out. "I told you I came to Nan," Day replied. Nan sat next to Day smiling "I still won't let him come back, it's 2 am, at 3 am I'll take him to see the girls at the stadium," said Nan loudly teasing Brick Tell that bastard to watch his head because I'm going to slap him next time I'll see him.") Brick said back in an annoying tone. DT be right back." Day replied smiling, but he didn't tell Nan what Brick had said, ("Wait, when? I'm hungry. Nell came to take Nick home. My mother called me and asked me why am I alone.") Brick continued to scream. Okay, I'll go back. What do you want to eat? I'll get it for you." Day said in a calm voice when he heard that Brick was home alone. After Brick had told him what he wanted to eat. Day hung up his phone. "I'm going home. Brick is home alone and he's nervous." Day told Nan, who nodded. "Yeah. Hey, let's pick first. Which model do you want? I'll take you downtown. I know many brands," said Nan "Hmm," Day replied before Nan walked to the car. "I think you spoil Brick too much. Let him get his food on his own," Nan said jokingly. "Well, I'll teach you how to make a living on your own too," replied Day, since he had a thought on his mind. But he hasn't said anything to anyone yet. Nan raised an eyebrow and smiled. "Hey, you can do this," said Nan smiling. Day lifted a smile on his lips but said nothing. Then he got into the car to go home. But before that, he stopped to buy some food too. When he got home he had to take a deep breath when he noticed that Brick turn on almost every light in the house. Day sounded the horn and Brick ran to open the gate. Day pulled into the driveway with a scowl, then went down to get his stuff out of the back of the car. "It's late, Brick grumbled as Day entered. "And who wanted to eat fried clamps from the restaurant? Do you think that restaurant is small? It was crowded, Day said back. Brick stuffed the clams in his mouth before going to the kitchen pouring the food Day bought onto a plate. Day had his arms crossed against the kitchen door frame, silently looking at Brick. "Brick." Day called his lover in a soft voice. Brick turned to look at him and raised an eyebrow in response. "Would you like to try learning to cook for yourself?" Day asked making Brick stop for a bit. "Why are you asking this?" Brick asked in a serious tone "Can you answer instead of asking?" Day said. "I tried many times, but no matter how much I learn, I screw up the kitchen anyway," Brick said casually thinking if his cooking skills. "You ask because you don't want to cook for me anymore?" Brick asked and Day sighed "No. I just want you to learn to cook yourself, in case I'm not here, or come back late like this. You wouldn't have to get hungry and wait," Day explained back. Bit Brick didn't seem to believe what Day said "If you don't want to cook, just tell me," Brick said in a grumpy voice. "I'm thinking of you. I'm good at this but you're addicted to food," Day said before sitting in the chair to eat with Brick "But I really don't want to eat something bad," Brick reiterated about the food as he started to eat the food Day bought "You're going to learn. No one does it better the first time." Day said calmly. Brick frowned slightly as he looked into his lover's face with eyes full of questions. "I have you with me, why do I have to do this? I'd like to try but it will not work because my skills suck." Brick muttered as he remembered the day he tried to cook with Night's help. "What if I'm not with you?" Day asked causing Brick to stop the hand that was picked up the food and stare into Day's face. "What the hell are you talking about?" Brick said angrily because he remembered when he asked Day if the two of them hadn't spent time together because they have been together during many events and festivals, Day responded that just not a funeral. This made Brick very angry with his lover. Day sighed softly when he saw that Brick was starting to get irritated. "Eat up. Tomorrow I'm taking you to the market for groceries." Day said, not wanting to continue the conversation.
But it looks like Brick was still
confused.
"Are you going to leave? Are you going
