11. Mumbai and Manali!!

    The drive to the lawyer's office was silent... Both didn't dare to speak a word... Knowing if they try to speak... It will definitely turn into a quarrel...

Sharad parks the car near the lawyer's office... Shriya gets down and sees the nameplate of the house and gets shocked... Sharad gets down and sees her standing...

He was going to go inside when Shriya held his hand from behind...

Sharad: "Now what?? Don't tell me that you changed your mind and you now don't want divorce"...

Shriya: "I will never change my mind... Mehta uncle, this lawyer here is Hemant uncle's friend... If we go to him then he will definitely inform my uncle... And I don't want that... Let's go to other attorneys"...

Shriya: "Isha... My friend... Recently became a lawyer... Let's go to her"...

Sharad nods and Shriya shows him the location and then they drive towards that lawyer's office...
Shirts gets down and starts walking while leaving Sharad behind... Sharad parks the car and goes inside...

He notices them hugging each other and chatting like they are long lost friends... Attorney looks at Sharad with questioning eyes...

Shriya: "Sharad... My husband... And Sharad... This is my lawyer friend... Isha"...

Isha: "Haa yes... I saw your reception pics... Sorry I was not able to attend... Congratulations to both of you... Come inside"...

Sharad and Shriya enter inside and sit on the couch near each other... Isha sits opposite to them...

Shriya: "First, I want a commitment from you that whatever we speak today will remain between us only... My uncle and family shouldn't even come to learn about this"...

Isha: "Oh... Ok... Trust me... I will not inform anyone... What's the issue?"

Shriya: "We both want divorce from this wedding... So I want you to take our divorce case"...

Isha nods and she provides them some forms to fill and to sign it... Shriya signs the form first and hands over the form and pen to Sharad... Sharad takes it and glances at her... And then signs it...

Isha: "You both know the rules... As you both are recently married... The divorce will be approved only after 6 months... In this time period, you both have to stay together and make an effort to save this marriage... If nothing works, then you will be consented a divorce...And you will have to come again at the end of the 3rd month here"..

Shriya: "Ohk... Thanks Isha... We will take your leave... I am getting late for the appointment"...

Sharad and Shriya leave and come towards the parking area... Sharad tells her to book a cab and go as he has some work in his office here... Shriya nods and books the cab...

Sharad drives and waits in another lane... He sees Shriya boarding the cab and clicks the pic of the car's name plate... And then he drives towards his office...

Shriya reaches the hospital and she gets down and pays the cab driver... She straight away goes to her cabin...

She sits on the chair and keeps her mobile aside... She rings the bell and Ravi comes inside... He informs her about today's schedule... Their conversation is disturbed by the notification sound...

She checks the message and gets surprised reading it... Did you reach?... Sharad sent this message to ask if she reached… she couldn't believe it... She responded with yes and kept her phone aside...

{ NIGHT}

Shriya had her dinner calmly... Asha and Varad made an effort to cheer up her mind by including her in their chats... Shriya replied whenever they asked questions to her...

Asha thought that Shriya was upset because Sharad went to Mumbai... But Shriya... She was exhausted after conducting a 3 hour long surgery...

She went to her room and freshened up first... She saw the bed empty and her lips automatically curved with a slight smile... She hopped on the bed and laid down on the bed while covering herself with a duvet...

Sharad reached the airport and took the boarding pass and was waiting for the flight announcement... He sat on the bench there and decided to call Shriya to ask if she reached safely...
But then messaged her if she reached... He thought that she would not respond soon so he was going to keep his phone... When he heard a notification... It was Shriya's message and she responded with yes...
His lips formed a tiny smile... He decides to not annoy her more and he sits there silently... The announcement is made and he takes his bag..

He reaches his residencies in Mumbai which is near the airport... He was welcomed and greeted by the staff... He goes towards his suite and keeps his luggage...

Hearing the door knock, he opens and his buddy Arun enters inside... Arun and Sharad are childhood best buddies and are also business partners... They both managed the branches in Manali and in Mumbai...

Arun: "Hey! How are you and where is bhabhi?"
