At the Owl House,Luz was figuring out a way to create a new portal door to the Human Realm,as she had a notice board,a stack of books,and some Titan's Blood on Amity's glove.

Luz looks at the Echomouse,which was running on a wheel.

Luz:"You and me both,buddy. I just don't know how we messed up on that damn door in the first place."

Luz hears a ding sound,and downstairs in the living room,Hooty was using his body to hold a glass. He was also wearing a party hat.

Hooty:"We're here to celebrate the new assistant curator of the supernatural museum of history. Cheers to you,LuLu!"

Everyone:"Cheers!"

Lilith smiles in response,and some time later,Luz heads downstairs wearing a party hat.

Luz:"Did I miss the toast?"

Victor:"Yeah,but Hooty found a little something."

Victor pulls out a plate that had dead rats or birds.

Luz:"I'm good. Where's Lilith? I wanted to congratulate her."

Julie:"She's outside."

Luz:"Thanks."

Luz heads outside and meets Lilith.

Luz:"Who were you talking to just now?"

Lilith:"Flora Explora. Celebrity,and my former mentor in the Emperor's Coven."

Luz:"I still have questions about that name."

Lilith turns around to face Luz with a worried expression on her face.

Lilith:"And I have questions about my life! All I ever got to do was desk work,while she was going off riding snake horses..."

Luz:"Snorses!"

Lilith:"And... and eating jerky! Well I can be just as exciting as Flora! I'll come up with an exhibit that'll knock the Titan's socks off!"

Lilith goes back inside the house with a firm expression on her face.

Luz:"Congratulations on your new job!"

Back inside,Luz hears a tape about Philip going on a mission to find a powerful entity known as,the Collector.

King:"The Collector? I've never heard of him."

Victor:"Yeah."

Eda:"What kind of jerk puts 'the' in front of their name anyway?"

Luz:"The Collector may know how to make a real portal door. He might even know why mine was unstable. I messed up so bad last time. I need to do better."

Julie:"Stop beating yourself up about this."

Victor:"Yeah. It's gonna be fine."

Eda:"Luz,I've got leg hair older than you. This Philip guy worked on the portal door for years."

Luz:"You're probably right. I just wish I could talk to him somehow."

Luz gasps,as she suddenly gets an idea.

Luz:"Eda,is time magic a thing?"

Eda:"Not really,but..."

Eda grabs a red book.

Eda:"Back in the day,I was a bit of an urban myth junkie. Anyways,there are stories about these things called time pools. Mythical puddles that act as windows into the past. But they're never in the same spot,twice. Lily and I used to search for them. I think she had more fun than me,of course."
