The First Day

Luz was holding a light ball in her hand.

Luz:"I don't think I'm ready for this,Eda."

Eda:"Don't worry,kid. You can do it. Remember everything we've learned."

Luz:"What if I do something wrong? What if I die?"

Eda:"Hey,calm down. Victor,Julie,back me up,here."

Victor:"Yeah,you need to relax,and feel your power flow through you."

Julie:"We were also scared when we had to fight bad guys the first time."

Eda:"Now get pumped!"

Luz:"Pumped!"

Eda:"Get ready!"

Luz:"Ready!"

Eda:"Now,go!"

Luz goes through the curtains,and presents herself in front of Principal Bump.

Luz:"Now,it may seem that I'm an ordinary human,but today,I'm going to showcase the abilities that I've learned."

Principal Bump:"Show me what you can do."

Luz:"Sure!"

Luz uses her Ice Glyph to make an ice sword,and Bump was amazed. Luz then uses a Light Glyph to make a small light ball.

Luz:"I present to you,the ice sword!"

Luz then hits the ball of light,and it pops like a small firework. Bump was impressed. Luz uses another Ice Glyph to make ninja shurikens.

Luz:"Now,for my ice shurikens!"

Luz throws a few ice shurikens in the air,and powers them up with her Light Glyph. As soon as the shurikens land,they emitt a small explosion of light and ice particles.

Then,Luz uses another Ice Glyph to make a small podium,and stands on top of it to take a bow.

Luz:"Ta-Da!"

Bump was at a loss for words. He stands up,and hands Luz an envelope.

Bump:"You pass. Welcome to Hexside,Luz."

Luz:"Thank you."

Eda:(in mind)"Well done,kid!"

The next day,Eda was flying Luz to Hexside. Luz was now wearing a grey uniform,since she was not assigned to any Coven track,yet.

Luz:"I think I'm gonna have a great day."

Eda:"You sure will,kid."

Eda drops off Luz at the entrance.

Eda:"Last chance to back out,and earn a Bad Girl Coven badge."

She shows Luz a green badge.

Eda:"Quitting. It's like trying,but easier."

Luz:"No thanks. I'll just earn it when I quit showering or training with Julie. Bye!"

Eda:"Hold up."

Eda unscrews her right hand,and throws it at Luz's head,sort of giving her a head pat.

Eda:"Just try not to be too much of a "goody Luz shoes". You got this."

Eda screws her right hand back on.

Luz:"Thanks,Eda."

Luz pulls out two sock puppets. One was Eda,and the other one was herself. Eda then flies off.

Eda:(in the distance)"Bye!"

Luz looks on,with a smile on her face,and uses her puppets to talk.

Eda:(puppet)"You're gonna do great,kid."
