Just a fair warning, this story contains several elements of  violent, obsessive love.

I fell in love with your smile before you even said a single word to me. Before you even looked my way, I was already lost in your eyes. Your laughter filled the air until I felt like I was swimming in the sound. The crowd around us faded from my notice as I stood there watching as you joked around with your friends. You were perfect in my eyes, handsome and cheerful as you brightened the world around you.

My heart squeezed painfully as you turned away to follow your friends to the registration booths further down the pathway, most of them splitting off to find seats within the stands that surrounded the arena. I watched as you filled out the form and went to join the other fighters before I turned away and rushed into the stands, squeezing my way carefully to the front row of seats where I had managed to catch sight of a single empty seat. I could hardly wait to watch my dark haired mystery man compete. All I had to do was wait.

No. It wasn't supposed to be this way. No. No! Why did you have to choose her? So what if you had met her before. Who cares if she could fight. There was no way she could ever love you as much as I did! Never!! She doesn't deserve you! She doesn't deserve you... And I wouldn't let her have you. I couldn't let her have you. Besides, she isn't the only one who could fight...

A warped smile stretched across my face as I got up from my seat, quickly making my way out of the stands.

Screams filled the air as soon as I walked out onto the arena floor, dropping what I held as I called out to the one who had captured my heart so quickly. Surely he would love me now, now that I had done something to show him how much he meant to me, how hard I was willing to fight for him. He had to love me. After all, I would do anything for him. I would even kill for him. After all, I already had.

I laughed happily as I walked past the head of the girl who thought she could steal my beloved warrior from me. How stupid of her to think she could take him away. I smiled lovingly at him as he came closer, his eyes filled with tears. He must be so happy to know I would never leave him, never let anyone come between us. He loved me. He had to. Right?

"I love you so much," I said to him, my voice a quiet whisper. "I would do anything for you. Anything."

As I felt the pain of his hand suddenly squeezing my heart, all I could do was smile and gasp out one last thing. "Even die for you."

I gave one last gentle smile as I sunk into the darkness that filled my vision.

I swear this is not, I repeat not, where I was trying to head with this. I was planning on writing a short love story for the DBZ universe, but before I even got very far the character suddenly became all warped and Yandereish! Then she did stuff! Why?! I like sweet Yandere characters, but she was not a sweet Yandere! OMG! What the heck happened to my story?!!!
