011 - A FAMILIAR FACE
Aya had grown numb to all the games considering how many she participated in. The games were the only source that would shut her mind up from all the horrible memories and the thoughts of her friends somehow being transported to Borderland and suffering gruesome and painful deaths. The lobby of the office building was full with other players, all seemed to be relatively calm despite the fact they were going to participate in a game without any knowing of what would happen.
The girl's eyes scanned the room as she entered before stopping in front of the all too familiar porcelain table with a couple of phones on it. She grabbed one of the phones left on the table and waited for the phone to turn on. She looked up from the phone and looked around the area one more time, taking in her surroundings and the other players she'd be playing with.
Aya counted nine players, now ten with herself included. No one seemed to be catching her eye, no one who seemed to be wearing a locker wristband or anything that could resemble beachwear. However, her eyes widened as she laid her eyes on a tall man leaning on the wall, twirling a knife inbetween his fingers.
The lights illuminating the room gave Aya a full look at what the player looked like, and it didn't fail to send a chill down her spine. Her eyes narrowed into a glare at the sight of him. I thought he fucking died. She thought to herself before she began to walk towards him.
She watched as he turned around and walked into a hallway, Aya following promptly behind him. Before he could turn another corner into what seemed to be the men's bathroom, she sped up, took out her pistol from its holster and pressed it against the back of his head.
The feeling of something pressed against his head made him stop in his tracks. He slowly rose his hands in the air once realizing he had a gun to his head.
"U- um... What are you doing?" He asked nervously.
"Turn around." Aya demanded, avoiding the man's question.
His head turned slightly, Aya noticing slight confusion on his face however he stayed silent, forcing Aya to repeat her demand.
"Turn. Around!"
"Okay, okay! Jeez." He then turned around slowly, his hands still in the air. His eyes widened at the sight of the small girl glaring at him while pointing a gun at his head.
"Kimura!?" He exclaimed.
"Sato." Aya replied.
"W- wha- what are you doing, pointing a gun at me?! That is no way to greet an old classmate."
Aya only glared at him more, taking the safety off which only resulted in Takeo freaking out more.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Hey, wait! Put that safety back on!"
