Claire's voice rang through the team's ears for a few seconds, Ryan and the others were lost in thought before the gunfire from the Marines and JSDF forces brought them all back to reality.

Ryan took a deep breath, he can't falter right now. Markus was a good friend, but the battle needed to be taken care of before any more of his team died, he couldn't let Markus's death go in vain.

The LAVs continued to rip into any forces at the front gate, causing many of the Empire's forces to wait their turn on the ladder.

The team and a small squad of Marines all kneeled behind the LAVs. Claire, Jackson, and Delilah soon caught up to the team, with Jackson sticking close to Delilah, the guy seemed on the verge of tears.

"Alright listen up. LAVs are going to run out of ammo soon, so we need to finish this battle right now. Mike, Aiden, you two will lead the Marines and defend this area, if these LAVs fall we're done for. As for the rest of us, we'll try and get the high ground on that building behind the LAVs, pull some of our forces back, and get ready for danger close missiles from that MQ-9. Got it?" Ryan looks to everyone and the sergeant leading the small fire team of the Marines.

"Understood sir!" The sergeant yells over the gunfire as everyone else in the team nods.

"Alright let's move!" Ryan looks to everyone in his team as they all nod with Mike and Aiden staying near the LAVs to provide extra fire.

The rest of the team moves to the small buildings behind the LAVs, hurriedly barging through the small inn and making their way to the top floor, then into the attic.

"LAVs approaching to assist in the north gate." The radio speaks over the gunfire as the team, while all out of breath, makes it to the top and climbs to the roof.

Jason lies down in the room, firing at any soldier who tries to climb the walls. "It's like a fucking clown car... these guys don't stop coming." Jason mutters before firing his rifle once more, hitting a soldier off the top of the ladder.

"All forces, fall back from the north gate and stay behind the LAVs! Missiles are currently being targeted at the walls and the north gate for danger close. I repeat, fall back from the north gate." Ryan called on the radio, looking to Claire who nodded in response and readied her laser designator.

"Watcher 1-4 to Reaper 1 how copy?" Claire kneels on the roof behind a small slope for cover while holding her radio in one hand and the IR laser in another.

"Copy 1-4. Still ready for tasking. 2 hellfire missiles at the ready." The pilot responds on the radio.

"Calling for fire Reaper 1, you have authorization from Watcher Actual for danger close, I can't see the outskirts of the gate but I'll try to point it out to you from where I am. I need you to use those last two missiles on the forces gathered on the outside of the walls." Claire pointed her laser through the open gates, circling the open ground as the forces all stayed in cover behind the walls.

"Roger 1-4. I see them on the thermals, that's a least a thousand along those walls. Danger close inbound, splash over." The pilot responds, sending a missile at the large army just outside the walls.

"Roger Reaper 1, splash out." Claire looks to Ryan, grabbing her rifle and raising it. "Missiles gonna hit soon!"

Ryan nods as the team continues to shoot down any Empire soldiers on the castle walls. "Gonna need more ammo sooner or later..." Ryan mumbles.

3 seconds later, a hellfire missile finds itself right into the large army outside the walls, shaking the floor all around them and sending a huge BOOM  which sends debris and small chunks from the wall down onto the crowds of soldiers, the knockback from the missile moves the fog ever so slightly, not that it helps the defending forces anymore.
