He tried to touch me with his hand but I grabbed his wrist and yanked his arm towards the ground. He stumbled forward. I moved behind him and watched him stumble forward. I walked towards him. I pulled out my gun. I pointed at his head but he moved out of the way. He moved towards me again. I picked up a metal pipe. I tossed it a few times before swinging at him. He grabbed it. In a few seconds, it exploded.
"Wrong choice." I grabbed his bird mask and used his quirk against him. He slid back from the blast. "You think I wouldn't know what I'm doing?" Chisaki touched the ground and created spikes towards me. I jumped towards the wall and back towards him. I grabbed his face and smashed into the ground. He started getting up but I stepped on his stomach, pressing hard.
"Who are you?"
"Doesn't matter." I leaned down to him. "Pray if we cross paths again that we are not opponents." I lifted my foot off of him and walked away. I continued heading to the store.
*2 hours later - Outside the LOV*
I came back from shopping. I was carrying a few bags. I opened the door.
"I'm back." I walked to my room. I set the bags down and started pulling things out. Dabi walked into my room. "What do you want?"
"What happened to your leg?" I looked down. There was a rip with a little blood coming off of it.
"Damn it. I wasn't fast enough. I guess I went slower because I thought I was faster." I sighed.
"What are you talking about?"
"I ran into someone but it was fine. They are taken care of." I pulled out a mini fridge.
"Why do you have a mini fridge?"
"I want snacks in my room, but some must be refridged." I walked over to set it up. "Besides, if I made something to eat, I could store it here." He rolled his eyes.
"I'm leaving."
"Bye, you unfuckable bitch." He glared at me. He walked out of the room. I wonder if he will ever get fucked. I continued setting things up.
*2 days later - LOV*
I was chilling in my room when I got a text on my phone. Shinso. I opened it up. "Hey, Akane. Can we talk?" "Sure. How about the convenience store we always eat at?" "Sure." I turned off my phone and sighed. I got up. I threw on a jacket and grabbed some money. I grabbed a knife and hid it from sight. I walked out of the LOV.
"Dabs! I'm leaving so don't text me and make sure no one else does!" I walked out and started heading to the convenience store. In a few minutes, I got there and I spotted Shinso. I waved to him "Hi, Shins. What to head in?"
"Yeah. Let's go." We walked into the convenience.
"I heard you went on a date with Bakugo."
"Huh? Oh, yeah. He asked and I said yes because why not?"
"So, do you like him?"
"As a friend. I don't have crushes."
"Ok." He grabbed a coffee milk. I looked at Shinso's face.
"Shinso. How many hours have you gotten this week?"
"I don't know. Like 10 hours?"
"10? You need more than that with school and training."
"I know. I have a lot on my mind."
"Maybe I can help. Let's start with the first thing that comes to mind."
"First thing. Um. How do I say this? I wanted to ask someone on a date I like but I don't know how."
"Just tell them how you feel and ask them."
"Ok. Well, I just told them."
"Huh?" I looked into his eyes.
"What are you talking about?"
"Do you want to go on a date with me?" Another date? I wouldn't mind but this never happened before. I'll go with Shinso. It'll be fun.
"Sure. I wouldn't mind at all. What date?" Shinso smiled. He rarely smiles so it's nice to see him. What is this? I didn't care about others before? Maybe it's because I have friends outside the League for once.
"How about in a few weeks, on that Saturday?"
"Sure. Get some sleep before that so you don't fall asleep," I joked.
"Fine. I'll get some sleep." I grabbed some snacks and drinks.
"Let's talk more over food." I smiled.
*30 minutes later*
I was walking to the LOV when I saw Kirishima.
"Hey, Akane. How are you?"
"I'm good. How about you?"
"Good. I heard you went on a date with Bakugo."
"Yeah. He asked and I said yes. He was surprisingly nice during it. Where are you off to?"
"I'm heading to the gym."
"That's good. Heroes need to train. See you later." I waved to him and walked off. I headed to the LOV. I was surprised by how many friends I have been able to make. I'm usually seen as quiet at my old schools. I remember kids in my middle school bullied me.
*Flashback from when Akane was in middle school*
I was pushed against a wall. I looked up at the kids. They were a group of five boys. I could beat them up or kill them but All of One said I shouldn't engage with anything that can get me in trouble. I sighed.
"What are you thinking about? How miserable is your life?" I didn't respond. "answer me, bitch." He lifted my shirt. Shit. They can't see the cuts and bruises or they'll ask questions. I pulled my shirt down to try to hide it but slowly. The bully, sadly saw it. "What are you trying to hide?" He tried to lift my shirt higher to see but I grabbed his wrist and bent it back. The bell rang. I ran off to class. I need to take care of the cuts and bruises. I don't have a healing quirk yet. I'll take care of them later.
*End of flashback*
I looked down at my hand. I created a healing bubble and then popped it. I remember I killed a nurse the next day to start healing myself. I continued heading the LOV.
