"Who the hell is that?" Asked Elijah.
"No goddamn clue, but she clearly isn't too fond of us." Replied Cal.
"She said that the Solace Rune belonged to her, what if she's one of the people who tried to steal it?" Suggested Keith.
"That's a good point. We're only looking for the rune to keep it safe, but she's getting quite possessive over something that was almost stolen." Replied Cal.
"Not to mention that no one knows it's location, so you might be right about her being one of the culprits." Said Elijah.
"She said that wants to discuss the matter with us." Replied Cal.
"Should we?" Asked Elijah.
"If you do, you could be walking straight into a trap. I don't trust this one bit, especially after she sent something to kill us." Explained Victoria.
"You gotta take risks, Victoria. We could end up reaching an understanding with her, and convince her not to go after the rune." Replied Cal.
Tessa approached the group.
"Like she said, it could be a trap." Tessa commented.
"I'll be prepared." Replied Cal.
"You're planning on going alone?" Asked Keith.
"Cal, that's essentially suicide!" Replied Tessa.
"I'll come too." Said Elijah.
"Elijah, are you serious?!" Exclaimed Tessa.
"I thought you didn't care about my well being?" Asked Elijah.
"I... Well..."
"...Whatever." Replied Tessa.
"I guess I'll tag along as well." Said Keith.
"Are you sure?" Asked Cal.
"If this woman is really the real deal, you might need some backup." Replied Keith.
"Alright then." Said Cal.
"What about you two?" Asked Elijah.
"We'll get started on finding the whereabouts of the rune." Replied Victoria.
"That's actually a good idea. While this Stellaria person is talking with us, you two will be hunting down the rune. She'll think we're not looking for it since we're meeting with her." Explained Keith.
"Yeah, you're right." Replied Tessa.
"Great, we got a solid plan then. I suggest we get back on the road now though, god knows what other things she might've sent." Said Elijah.
Tessa summoned her skeleton horse, and the rest of them whistled their horses over. The entire group then proceeded to climb up onto them and grabbed the reins.
"Let's go." Said Cal.
They all rode off, resuming their trek across the Bridged Plains. They had around 3 hours left until they finally arrived in Solace. To be exact, the first town they'd arrive in would be known as "Trayton."
As they continued to ride, the formation changed. Cal, Elijah, and Keith were at the front, while Tessa and Victoria were at the back.
"What's our plan when we actually come face to face with Stellaria?" Asked Elijah.
"I haven't thought about it yet." Replied Cal.
"You should. Like the others said, this could very well be a trap." Said Keith.
"We can't just go in swinging our swords around and hoping for something to happen." Replied Elijah.
