You and dae at a cute restaurant

Sitting contently in your seat, looking across at your boyfriend Daehyun. You are out to dinner at a cute restaurant he had found not too long ago. It's your one year anniversary. He's such an amazing guy, and you can't picture your life without him. It sounds crazy to say that at only 17 years old, but, that's truly how you feel. He says that he got you a gift, which you asked him not to do. "Daehyun, I told you not to get me anything!" you giggle, looking at him as he fumbles through his pockets. "I know you did (Y/N), but, I had this amazing idea, and I know you'll love it!" Rolling your eyes playfully, you shake your head and smile at him widely.

"Okay," you give in, watching him smile at you, like he had won an epic battle. He takes out a small box, wrapped in blue wrapping paper and a white bow, and hands it over to you. "Happy one year anniversary," he smiles. You take the small box in your hand and carefully peel away the paper. There's a velvet box underneath, which you slowly open. "Daehyun~" you gasp, smiling. Gently, you pull out a silver bracelet, "It's beautiful." He smiles, looking over at you, "I'm glad you like it. Did you see the charm?" Carefully, you move the bracelet around, looking at the single charm dangling.

It's a high heel shoe. "No way.." you laugh, fiddling with the charm between your fingers, "You remembered." You and Daehyun had met a year ago, when you were taking a walk and accidentally tripped on your heels into his arms. You 'fell' for him right then and there. "Each year, on our anniversary, I'm going to give you a charm for this bracelet," Daehyun explains. "That's so cute!" you giggle, "Thank you!"

"You're welcome!" he says, leaning across the table, kissing your lips gently.

*FORWARD: 3 YEARS LATER*

"Yeobo, are you ready?" Daehyun yells, echoing through your apartment. "Almost!" you yell back, putting your necklace on. You quickly glance in the mirror, before nodding your head, happy with your final appearance. Daehyun had told you to dress moderately casual and comfortable because you would be walking a lot. So, you had decided on your favorite pair of dark blue shorts, a flowy white tank top, and sandals. Grabbing your purse, you shut the bathroom lights off, and walk down the stairs.

"Wow," Daehyun exclaims in awe, "(Y/N), you look beautiful." You blush, "Thank you Hyunie~, you look very handsome yourself." He chuckles, "Thank you. So, you all ready?" "Yes! Where are we even going?" "You'll see!" he smiles, leading you out to the car. The car ride is about 30 minutes before you make it to your final destination. You laugh, as you come to a final stop. "No way~" "Oh yes, we are spending our 4 year anniversary at the amusement park." "This is amazing!"

You two get out of the car, walking hand in hand to the entrance. Daehyun takes you on a bunch of the crazy roller coasters and water rides. It's a lot of fun! Now, you two are relaxing on the ferris wheel, with your head gently on his shoulder. He's running his fingers through your hair gently, kissing you lightly on the top of the head. "I had so much fun Daehyun, thank you for an amazing anniversary." you smile. "No problem," he grins, "Now, as you know, it's time for a new charm." You giggle, sitting up, facing him. He reaches in his pocket, pulling out a box wrapped in green paper.

Quickly, you open it, curious of the charm inside. It's a mini roller coaster. "You're too adorable!" you giggle, kissing him gently, "Thank you!" "You're welcome!" he laughs. He then places the charm on the bracelet along with the other three. You now have the skateboard, a teapot, a microphone, and now a roller coaster. What an amazing boyfriend you have!

*FORWARD: PRESENT DAY, 2 YEARS LATER *

Today is your 6 year anniversary with Daehyun. It's crazy to think that you two have been together for that long. You're up in your room, still in your pajamas, wondering why Daehyun won't allow you into the living room. Rolling your eyes at the crazy thoughts that pass through your mind, you go back to your magazine. Loud noises and a little bit of yelling is heard from downstairs, but you try your best to ignore it. It's all supposed to be a surprise. After another hour of being cooped up in your room, you hear a soft knock on the door.

Daehyun pops his head in, smiling wider then he ever has, "Hey, happy anniversary!” You smile, "Happy anniversary." He walks over to you, kissing you gently, "Ready to see what I've been working on for the past few hours?" You nod vigorously, putting your book down on the bed. Daehyun takes your hand in his, leading you down the stairs. "Oh my" you whisper.

He had covered your living room in rose petals and candles. There's a table set in the center of the room, with food and flowers on top. "Do you like it?" he asks you, nervously. "Yes," you smile, feeling a tear fall, "I love it Daehyun." He smiles, before leading you to the dining table in the center of the room. You two share an amazing meal, along with talking and laughing. It's perfect. It doesn't even bother him that you're still in your pajamas.

"You're amazing, you know that?" you say, smiling happily at your boyfriend. He chuckles, "Why, thank you." "So, as you know, I have another charm for you," Daehyun smiles as he hands you a tiny box wrapped in sliver paper. You smile, opening it up carefully. But, once you see the charm, you are unsure of its meaning. As you hear Daehyun get up from his seat, you pick up the charm shaped like a ring, and hold it in your palm. "Yeobo, what does this charm mean?" Once you look up, you close your open hand, and lift both of your hands to your face, "Daehyun"

He is down on his knee in front of you, holding yet another box, which you know doesn't have another charm in it. "(Y/N), you and I have been together since we were 16 years old. I cannot picture my life with any other girl but you. I love you more then anything else in the world, and I promise to be there for you forever," Daehyun eye-smiles before opening the small box, "Will you marry me?"

You look down at the charm, and then back at Daehyun before nodding. "Yes!" you cry. He smiles, gets up, walks over to you, and kisses your hard. "Saranghae," he whispers. He kisses you once more, before placing the ring on your finger. He then places the ring-shaped charm on your bracelet before kissing you again. No doubt about it, this is the best anniversary you have ever had.
