The salon, Hairology, was busy today with appointments, walk-ins, and selling products. Today, Kanai had a 17-year old client, wanting a Barbie ponytail for her birthday. "And there you go, boo. Now your mom already paid for the $65 so you can go ahead and go"

"Oh, I'm doing my little sister's boyfriend's hair. Re-twist." She said to herself. "How's Janelle doing?" Fanny asked

"Pretty good. She has a track meet coming up and it's homecoming week. Still need to go buy her dress" Kanai said. "Better start doing it. Dresses go quick" Felicia said to her

The doorbell rang. Who walked in was Tyre, he had his hair ready. "Hey Tyre, right on time" Kanai called out to him. Tyre dapped her up "You know I'm always on time"

"How's school? I see you tryna get right for my sister" Kanai laughed. Tyre was silent for a second before he chuckled with her "Yeah..."
